To include the post of bioengineer and clinical engineer in medical staff standards (Writ Nr.100 from ). At the first stage we can approximate the European recommendations a technologist to 4-5 medical personnel by 1/8-1/6. To improve the training quality for the specialists in the field of clinical engineering and adjusting the qualification according to the criteria of the European Alliance for Medical and Biological Engineering & Science.
