While the dicloure of certain materi fact ometime mut be made in a particular format (e.g., the Tranfer Dicloure Statement, or the Manufactured Home or Mobile home Tranfer Dicloure Statement), the law generl doe not regulate how materi fact mut be dicloed (though written dicloure i mot wa recommended).
