William J' O'Neil- William J' O'Neil is one of my all time favorite authors. He has inspired me (through his books) to do great things within the world of investing. It was his encouraging words, as well as others, that kept me going when I was a young wannabe options trader trying to find my way. And after 10 years of tweaking, testing, and perfecting, I am proud to share with you the results of all the hard work and that is The Option Profit Formula It's an unbelievably simple formula But please note I said simple, not easy! You may know me as Trader Travis as that is what the trading community calls me, but what most people don't know about Trader Wilkerson is that I struggled to succeed in the beginning just like everyone else. But I kept at it and I never gave up... 6 After 10 years of staying relatively unknown I've finally decided to come out of my trading cave and teach these strategies to all those who are willing to invest in themselves and their education. It has been converted to audio, video, and pdf format. It's also been updated with more current trades and I'll walk you through some of my past trades. You can read the ebook version, watch the videos whenever it's convenient, or even listen to the audio training while working out or riding in your car. The course was meant to be a basic overview of options trading. I've heard it's "the best" and "most simplified" course on the web. And since I created the course I wouldn't dare dispute the public's opinion. Please ensure you know the basics by heart as all success originates here! After observing both successful and unsuccessful traders alike, I have noticed those who succeed are the ones who not only have the basic principles committed to memory, but also follow them. Those who fail are usually the ones who rush through the basics in an effort to get to the end (the trading options part). They read or scan the basics for comprehension, but they don't know them by heart. Would you let a doctor perform heart surgery on you if you knew he rushed through medical school just so he could get to the operating on people part? Sadly, I've seen people make the same mistake over and over again. They only want to know the strategies. They think the trading strategies are going to put money in their pocket. That couldn't be further from the truth! Everything works together like all the parts to a car. You can own a Mercedes Benz (strategy), but unless you have gas in the car (the basics), it won't run. 8 Option Profit Selling Course There are three primary strategies you will learn within the "Option Profit Selling Course." They are: ETF for Life Strategy, Covered Calls for Cash, and Credit Spread Cash. The ETF for Life Strategy This strategy combines the best aspects of "covered call" trading as well as "cash secured put" trading. It was my answer to the problems that had plagued me for years while trading covered calls. Let me explain Here's a short and overly simplified lesson on covered calls and cash secured puts: Selling put options is one of the many strategies option traders use to generate a consistent and guaranteed monthly income; somewhat in the same way that a bank Certificate of deposit (CD) will pay you a guaranteed monthly return. But with options the percent return on your money is generally 2-5% a MONTH. At that's because of the higher degree of risk you're accepting when you trade options. Selling a Put option obligates you to buy a stock at the strike price of whatever option you sold. And in exchange for this obligation you get cash. There are primarily 2 approaches to selling cash secured puts: 1.) You can trade them purely for monthly income or 2.) You can sell put options with the full intention of buying the stock at a discounted price. In summary, selling puts on stocks can be a good way to make money each month OR a good way to try and buy a stock you'd like to own at a lower price. 9 Covered Calls for Cash Selling covered call options is a strategy that is best used when stock prices are trending in a channel or rising slightly. It's similar to collecting rent on a piece of lease purchase property. For instance, suppose you were renting your home to someone and you let them "rent with the option to buy." The Option Profit Formula The way these leases work is the tenant pays $X a month for a set period of time and at the end of that time period they have the "option" or the "right" to buy the home. If they choose not to buy the home then they lose out on all the rent money they paid you. Covered call options work somewhat the same way. You will first buy shares of stock (buy the house) and then sell or write call options against the stock (rent your house out with an option to buy). So if you own 100 shares of company XYZ, you would sell 1 call option to someone giving them the "right" to purchase your stock from you. In exchange for selling these rights, the buyer is going to pay you money. This money is yours to keep no matter what happens in the future. If the option doesn't get exercised, you keep your stock and the money you were paid for selling the option. Sounds great doesn't it? Of course it does everything sounds great in theory until you actually put it to use and discover all the flaws. 9 OPF Coaching; Copyright

10 In this short report we won't have time to go into full detail, but two of the most common flaws are that 1.) Covered calls limit the profit you can make when stocks rise and 2.) They don't protect you that much if the stock crashes in price. I didn't like these flaws so at some point in my trading career I decided that I'd like to make money both when the stock rises as well as when the stock falls and that is when I created the "ETF for Life" strategy. The ETF for Life Strategy I sell cash secured puts when the stock is rising and if the stock falls in price considerably I will have to buy the stock. At this point I simply sell covered calls on the stock. I decided I liked selling covered calls on stocks that were falling in price as it gave me a higher probability that I would keep the cash from selling the call option. The biggest objection people have to this approach when they first enroll in the training is overcoming the fear of owning a stock that's falling in price. But I'll show you the one small twist I added that essentially guarantees I'll never lose money. There is still a possibility of loss, but I dramatically lower the chances of that happening. Again, this was an overly simplified example. We will go into much more detail in our training videos. You'll learn "how to" actually trade this strategy and also watch me implement the strategy in my own personal account. In summary, here are the benefits of this approach... By selling stock options you can realistically earn 40% or more on your money each year. It's perfect for those with a hectic work or life schedule. By using this strategy you'll learn how to generate enough money to live off without having a million dollar portfolio. And depending on how you use this strategy you can set it up to manage your trades in less than 10 minutes a day. At the end of this training module you'll have a complete and fairly conservative strategy you can put to use today that will produce a consistent income each and every month. 11 Credit Spread Cash Machine After you take part in this training you may be ready to ditch covered calls and make the same monthly returns without the hefty risk of investing in individual stocks. But of course, like everything in options trading there are drawbacks and tradeoffs, but you may find that the benefits far outweigh the risk. The Option Profit Formula The reason most people prefer this strategy over covered calls is 1. It takes less money to place the trade 2. On a per trade basis there is less financial risk and 3. And the percent return on your money is "generally" 5-10% a MONTH As I explain this strategy don't try to "get it" just yet. If you try too hard to understand this strategy it will actually prevent you from learning it faster. Just listen to what I am saying and comprehend it at a basic level. For example Credit spreads fall into the same category as covered calls and they are what is considered "income strategies." Credit spreads are two legged strategies which means there are two options or components that make up the trade. Now don't go trying to understand legs and the sorts. All I want you to do is focus on the basics: it's an income strategy and it involves a set of options. Got it? Okay let's move on Credit spreads are a very simple trade. You sell one option, buy another for protection (your insurance against massive loss), and hope that the option you sold is not "in the money" on expiration day. FACT: A stock's price can only do 1 of 3 things: go up, go down, or go nowhere. A traditional buy and hold investor can only make money when stocks go up in price. So they only make money in 1 of the 3 scenarios. But with credit spreads you profit in 2 of the 3 scenarios. So essentially you have more chances to make money. 11 OPF Coaching; Copyright

12 There are 2 types of spread strategies you will learn: The "bull" put spread and the "bear" call spread. The term "bull" refers to stocks going up and the term "bear" refers to stocks falling in price. So with the "bull put spread" you benefit if the stock goes up in price (or nowhere in price) and with the "bear call spread" you benefit if the stock goes down in price (or nowhere in price). Quick question: Was your investment portfolio damaged in the last bear market? Well if the stocks in your portfolio have grown stagnant and are not producing the gains you want then credit spreads are a good way to profit off stocks that go absolutely nowhere in price! And it's because options are wasting assets. Each day that time goes by, part of the option's value will deteriorate and for this particular strategy that's a good thing. Summary Credit spreads involve both buying and selling options for monthly cash flow In the training you'll see an example of how one student could have earned $30,000 a month instead of the $6,000 he made trading covered calls And it's another way to generate income to fulfill the Option Profit Formula There is one guy within our training program who has no personal debt and he uses this strategy. With a $60,000 trading account he's managed to earn anywhere from $2,000 - $5,000 a month in income. Of course this depends on how the stock market is behaving, but I hope you can now see how options can allow you to earn a full time income without having a million dollar portfolio. 13 Option Profit Buying Course There are two primary strategies you will learn within the "Option Profit Buying" Course and they are: Buying Call Options and Buying Put Options. Percent R Profits In this training module we teach you how to trade the good old fashioned way You will learn how to read stocks charts manually and without software. You'll learn how to spot stocks they are poised to make a big move in price either up or down. We will then show you how to precisely use the Williams %R technical indicator to aid your entry into the trade. This is what I used to grow $10,000 into $70,000 my first few months of trading (the stock market was more stable back in those days). The Williams %R indicator is simple to use and this template only has 4 steps to it. It's so simple that it often offends traders who are looking for complex systems to trade with. In this training you'll essentially learn how to be a swing/trend trader. You're going to buy call options on stocks that are rising and you're going to buy put options when stocks fall. Buying calls and puts are the trades where you can make 50% to 100% return on your money in a matter of weeks, if not days. It's what we call accelerated wealth creation! But of course with these high returns come a higher degree of risk and we will teach you how to minimize that risk so you don't end up losing all your money. 13 OPF Coaching; Copyright

14 It's like learning how to ride a motorcycle. Motorcycles are extremely fast and powerful, but you have to learn how to respect the power or else you'll end up killing yourself. There are some drawbacks to this strategy though yes you can make a lot of money real fast, but you also may be waiting weeks and often months to trade. This strategy absolutely needs and requires a strong trending market environment. If you try to trade when the stock market is stagnant or unpredictable, then you WILL lose money. That I can guarantee! So essentially this is a big boy strategy and it requires a higher level of patience and discipline than normal. 15 Semi Automation Success In this training module we teach you how to trade with the use of software. We use Marketclub's trade triangle technology to semiautomate your trading routine. The benefit of this approach is that the system gives you precise entry and exit signals for your trades. So if you're scared of making mistakes and losing money then Marketclub might be a good start for you. In my opinion it gives you a shortcut to trading success and gives your emotions a much needed break from guessing on when to get in and out your trades. The downfall, so to speak, is that Marketclub is not software I created. It's a 3rd party service I use so there is a small fee you have to pay to become a member of Marketclub. This is why we also provide you with the Percent R Profits training as there is no additional cost to employ that strategy. However, Marketclub does offer unbelievable value for a low fee and most of the students I know pay for their yearly subscription with 1-2 trades. In this training, just like on the Percent R Profits training, you'll essentially learn how to be a swing/trend trader. So, you're going to buy call options on stocks that are rising and you're going to buy put options when stocks fall. But this time you have software telling you when to get in and out of trades. Here was her response: Hi Spencer I think it was the best investment I made. I was among the very 1st students that Travis took on. I saw his website and thought it was so easy to understand. However, I was interested in spread betting and my husband was the one interested in trading options. I sent Travis an asking if he taught spread betting and if he could mentor me. He replied that he was an 'options guy' and didn't offer training in anything! 3 months later he sent an saying he had received a few requests and if I was still interested, he was going to start a class soon. I was really pleased and was keen for my husband to join as I wasn't interested in options still. 18 So YES we will ask you to put in a little effort. And at times we will be a pain in your butt! BUT if you do all that is required of you, you will discover that we were a profitable pain in the butt. The Investment Needed We receive a lot of s inquiring about the financial investment needed to enroll in our advanced training programs because everyone wants to make sure they have their affairs in order so they can join on the first day enrollment opens. We always sell out fast and have to close doors to enrollment early! Even though we do group coaching we do NOT accept hoards of students like some companies herding them in like cows going to the slaughter. NO we keep our class size small and intimate to simulate the feel of a 1-on-1 coaching environment. If you've been to one of those 1 day promotional seminars or browsed online for awhile then you know the industry average for options education is $5,000 $9,000. And 1-on- 1 coaching can cost you $10,000+. Here is a link so you can see for yourself: I myself had to invest roughly $9,000 myself, but I ended my first year with around $20,000 in profit. When I was first introduced to options trading I thought the trainings were expensive and if you happen to also think that's expensive you are absolutely right! It's just one of those things where "you don't know what you don't know" and when you have no experience with trading options you have nothing to compare it to. Since its financial education you could compare it to an MBA in finance And according to Investopedia.com, in 2008 the average cost of the top 10 business schools in the U.S. was $94,900 for tuition in a two-year MBA program. 18 OPF Coaching; Copyright

19 And from what I hear an MBA in finance teaches you to be a high paid employee, but you'll actually make more money with less effort with options trading. And it will be an income source you control. You could compare it to the cost of giving your money to a financial planner or mutual fund manager But according to the Spiva report 85-90% of all professional managed funds underperform. By investing in your financial education you're essentially investing in your freedom. How much is your freedom worth to you? How much would you invest to ensure your retirement is secure and you are free from the burden of having to work in corporate America? How much would you invest to find a way out of the rat race so that for the rest of your life you are in complete control of how much money you make and that you will never have to get a job another day in your life unless you choose to? What is that worth to you? That's what you need to figure out and then do everything within your power to find a program that meets those parameters. Our classes are custom made based on the needs of the group and so far we've been able to design training in the range of $2,000 $4,000 and our average student has a starting account size between $10,000 -$30,000. Some have much more. Not cheap by any means, but a little more affordable than the industry standard and with the same profitable results! Make no mistake about it. 20 And that's what I meant when I said if you have no experience trading options you have nothing to compare it to. So the proper way to evaluate any options course is to compare the value of your freedom to the investment needed to enroll in the course. And since you've never experienced what it's like to be a private client of ours it's important that you know that I was not taught to focus on cost first. It's the wrong way to do things. Putting money before people is why our country has a financial crisis now and why we have protesters lining the streets. The millionaires I learned from were what you called "enlightened" millionaires. They believed in giving back to society, which is why they taught me how to become a millionaire instead of keeping all their money making secrets to themselves. They taught me a 3 step process that forces me to have the heart of a servant. The First Step is I need to care enough about you to figure out what your needs and challenges are and then see if I can help you solve them.
