1 سم الله الرحمن الرحیم Stand Up to Today s Pharaoh America A Message for the Muslim Ummah and especially for the Muslims of Pakistan on the Martyrdom of Amir ul Momineen Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansoor (RA) Ustadh Usama Mahmood (may Allah preserve him) Official Spokesperson of Al-Qaeda in The Subcontinent In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate. All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon the Noble Messenger. Dear Muslims of Pakistan and of the entire world, Assalam-u-Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barkatuh!! Pharaoh was an extreme oppressor, a murderer. However, his worst crime was his arrogance against the Owner of the Heavens and the Earth. His claim was, I am the god on Earth ; I have not known you to have a god other than me ر ي ھ غ ك م م ن إ ل م ا ع ل م ت ل In other words, governance is mine and the choice is mine. If someone denies my divinity, if someone is a follower of other than my rule and law, if someone challenges my kingship; then I would take away his freedom; I would end the liberty of such extremists. نك م ن الم جون ن ل ر ي لا جع قال ل ي ن ا تخ ذ ت إ ل ا غ If you adopt a God other than me, I will certainly put you to prison. In obedience to Allah, Prophet Musa alaihis salaam stood up against the dim-witted, and explained to him Lord s Oneness and His Greatness. 1

2 When Prophet Musa alaihis salaam asked him to end injustice and transgression, he said, ل م وس ذ ر و ي أ قت Let me kill Musa He ordered his forces to catch every "non-state actor" who stood with Musa (alaihis salaam). Kill the sons of those who have accepted faith with him. That is, seek out every single one of them, and kill them! اق ت ل وا أ ب ن اء ا لذ ين آم ن وا م ع ھ Pharaoh even addressed his nation saying, Musa is an enemy of your exemplary way of life. He wants turmoil on earth. Strife and bloodshed is his goal. إ ي أ اف أ ن خ ال ف س اد ر الا ر ض ظ ي ب د ل د ين ك م أ و أ ن ي I am afraid that he will change your religion or he will cause havoc to appear in the land. Today s Pharaoh, America, has the exact same attitude. It too is standing against Divine Writ, proclaiming its own divinity! It too has the same claim. Kingship is mine; governance is mine my rules on earth, my writ on earth, my civilization, my law, my politics, my economic principles my world order on the entire planet! I have not known you to have a god other than me. ھ م ا ع ل م ت ل ك م م ن إ ل If there is to be a way of life, a system of governance; it would have to be mine! And even if Islam has to exist, it must exist as American Islam. Whatever I call justice, the world too must call it justice. Whatever I call injustice, the people of the world too must call it injustice. Then whoever does not accept my laws and my system, whoever challenges my divinity; I would snatch away his very life. I would make the world constricted for him. Death would have to be his recompense. Life and death are in my control. My drones and dollars, my forces and my technology grant life, and assign death. ر ي غ 2

3 Yesterday s Pharaoh used sorcery to try to show his black as white, his wrong as right; and was bent on trying to prove his wrong as right. ق ال ف ر ع و ن م ا أ ر ك م إ لا م ا أ ر ى و م ا أ د يك م إ لا س يل ال رش اد Pharaoh said: I do not give you an opinion unless I myself believe it to be correct, and I do not direct you to anything but to the right way. [Just as yesterday s Pharaoh used magic,] today s Pharaoh has conscripted the media to play that role, to present its falsehood as truth, its injustice as justice. Yesterday, Allah (subhanahu wa ta alaa) had made Musa alaihissalaam stand up to that Pharaoh, and made an example out of him for others. Likewise, today s Pharaoh, America is being turned into an example for others to heed. All that is not happening at the hands of a so-called Islamic militaries, since [those nationalistic militaries] are operating against Islam and Muslims themselves, as active frontline units of [the American] Pharaoh s army. Rather, it is at the hands of the ill-equipped mujahideen of Islam, in the mountain ranges of Afghanistan, that its arrogance is being crushed. The one who pretended to own life and death, rained down bombs and missiles for fifteen years, [in the end] buckled and gave up in the face of mujahideen s resolve. The one who used to threaten to hit, destroy, and eliminate, is now begging for negotiations. On the other side, the revivers of Prophet Musa s way, the soldiers of Allah, were in defiance, refusing to bow down to the devil yesterday; and they still stand today, continuing to challenge the divinity of today s Pharaoh, America. Humiliation is destined for the Pharaoh (America) and its slave soldiers; while Islam s victory is manifest destiny. Allah (SWT) is certainly going to test His servants and see who gets inspired by Pharaoh s pomp and might, and then bows down and enlists in its army; and who trusts Allah s promises and becomes a soldier of His army. The test is not a small one; it is big. The deceptive trials and tribulations have spread far and wide. In the race of evading Pharaoh s displeasure and gaining his gratification, individuals and organization, all are trying to compete in this race all except [a few] 3

4 whom Allah (SWT) has saved by His mercy. In such a situation, saying la ilaha illa Allah and drawing out one s sword in front of the Pharaoh to practically testify to the truth can only happen with Allah (SWT) s favor. All praise and thanks are due to Allah that he enabled the Ameer-ul-Mu mineen, Mullah Akhtar Mansoor (may Allah have mercy on him) to do that with steadfastness. Notice the eminence of the leader of the Arab and Non-Arab mujahideen, the Ameerul-Mu mineen, the conqueror of the hearts of innumerable believers of tawheed, the great hero who taught the Pharaoh of our time a bitter lesson. America had opened the doors of worldly riches for him; and even tried to intimidate and threatened him. However, he paid no heed to the pomp, power, or superiority of the Pharaoh of the day. Rather, he stood up to it, and continued to give the testimony of tawheed. Every effort was made to pressurize him into the trap of negotiations. However, this strong believer [rather than succumbing to the pressures] kept on expediting the attacks to defeat the false god. At last, he became a target of the American operation on Pakistani land. He died as a martyr, but did not betray his covenant with his Lord and the Ummah in the least. May Allah accept the martyrdom of the Ameer-ul-Mu mineen; and may He (SWT) make us steadfast on his path and make us move ahead on it. Aameen! I feel I must say a few things to the Muslims of Pakistan on this occasion. The Pakistani nation is indebted to the Ummah; and the debt is continuing to increase. Today another gem of the Ummah, another beloved, champion of the oppressed Muslims, another striking sabre on the American tyrants became a victim of the treachery of the Pakistan forces, on Pakistani soil. Protests and statements condemning the incident are merely vain attempts of obscuring the truth from the Muslims and covering up the real identity [of the Pakistani forces]. Be it the martyrdom of Shaikh Usama Bin Laden, targeting of other well-wishers of the Ummah in drone attacks, or the recent attack on Mullah Aktar Mansoor rahimahullah; we don t have even an iota of doubt in the fact that Pakistani armed forces, America s slaves are equal participants in these events. 4

5 This military is an open, proclaimed forefront of the American force. What message does covering up disgrace in a few American operations send? While at the same time what does engaging in tyrannical & treacherous war against the religious Muslims and the mujahideen throughout Pakistan and openly receiving payment from America for that reveal? What does covering up its treachery in the martyrdom of the Ameer ul Momineen, while blatantly murdering Ustad Yasir and Maulvi Ubaidullah Akhund, and imprisoning Mullah Omar s second in command, Mullah Abdul Ghani and innumerable Taliban leaders show? Destroying the fruits of forty years of Jihad, standing in the way of the Islamic Emirate, and wiping out the Mujahideen and Jihad from the entire region is a wish of both: America, and the Pakistani military. It is a dream that they could not achieve after striking down bombs and explosives for fifteen years. Hence disgraced, they are trying to achieve it through negotiations. What else is the objective of the negotiations, other than to make the Mujahideen abandon the obligation of Jihad, accept the divinity of America; and be a participant in the un-islamic system? And that they become their fellows in disbelief? Alhamdulilllah, Mujahideen of Taliban know that the establishment of Islamic Emirate was not due to any negotiations; nor was Shariah implemented due to any participation in the un-islamic democracy. They know very well that if Islam was honored, if Shariah was implemented, and if peace and justice was spread in Afghanistan, it was all due to rejecting Kufr completely, and raising the banner of Jihad. So we request the Muslims of Pakistan that they fulfill their responsibility by waging Jihad against the Pharaoh of our time, America. Defending the Islamic Emirate and Jihad against the American coalition is the most important obligation on everyone. In our view, the main reason for Jihad in Pakistan too, is the defense of the Islamic Emirate. You must stop the Pakistani military from stabbing the Islamic Emirate in its back. You must have hatred for Pakistan s system of disbelief and have animosity for its defenders, the traitor Pakistani military; and support the Mujahideen by coming to the battlefields of Jihad against this day s Pharaoh, America. 5

6 Now I want to bring your attention to the deceptive role of the media. No doubt, the media has taken the role of the magicians of Pharaoh. Attacks on the Ummah, Jihad against America, Taliban s rightful resistance, helping the oppressed Muslims and other issues like these definitely have no place with them. Rather, their hot topics are why do these terrorists reject the boundaries of Pakistan, why do they give a reason for American intervention by entering Pakistan? They say that if America s intervention is wrong which has affected the sovereignty of the State, then entrance of people like Mullah Akhtar Mansoor in Pakistan illegally is also wrong. ن جع ل الم س ل م ن ك الم ج ر م ن أ ف Shall We then treat the People of Faith like the People of Sin? م ا ل م ك ي ف ت ح ك م ون ك What is [the matter] with you? How do you judge? When money becomes god, and selfishness a religion; then there is no limit to shamelessness and disgrace. Indeed, the deception of this media is more destructive than missiles and bombs, because it targets self-respect, modesty, and faith. May Allah azza wa jall save the Ummah from these trials and tribulation. In the end, we offer our condolences on the martyrdom of Ameer-ul-Mu mineen Mullah Akhtar Mansoor to the Muslim Ummah, to the honorable people of Afghanistan, to the mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate and to the new Ameer-ul- Mu mineen, Mullah Haybatullah Akhundzadah (may Allah azza wa jall protect him). We are pleased and proud in the fact that, even in such trying times, Allah azza wa jall has given us leaders who are willing to get their heads severed, yet refuse to bow down to disbelief and infidelity. Ameer-ul-Mu mineen Mullah Aktar Mansoor fulfilled the responsibility of succeeding Ameer-ul -Mu mineen Mullah Muhammad Umar Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on them). His great role will in sha Allah illuminate the path for those after him. It teaches the lesson of steadfastness against the oppressors, of holding on tightly to Jihad and of putting our complete trust in Allah azza wa jall. His martyrdom will strengthen the caravan of Jihad and bring about defeat and humiliation for America, in sha Allah. 6

7 Surely victory is in the Hands of Allah azza wa jall. May Allah azza wa jall grant us steadfastness on Jihad and Eemaan; and make us of those who put their complete trust in Him. كل الم و م ن ون و ت ي اهلل ف ل د ه وع ع ن ص ر ك م م ن إ ن ي خ ذل ك م ف م ن ذا ا لذ ي ي ن ص ر ك م اهلل فلا غ ال ب ل ك م و إ ن ي If Allah helps you, there is none to overcome you. And if He abandons you, then, who is there to help you after that?
