1 Datasheet Overview The EC-Net AX building management system (BMS) is a comprehensive Web-based platform powered by the Niagara AX Framework. Its open structure creates a common development and management environment for the integration of BACnet, LONWORKS, Modbus, and other standards. is a fl exible network server used in applications where multiple Niagara AX - based EC-BOS AX stations or multiple IP and Wi-Fi product series are networked together. A graphical user interface provides traditional building management functions such as scheduling, trending, alarming, historical data collection and advanced energy management applications. 3 Initial Maintenance Plan Software maintenance is required when purchasing software. The minimum initial software maintenance plan is 18 months. Optional 3 or 5 year maintenance may be substituted. These software maintenance plans are ordered separately according to the version chosen. See the price list for more details. Maintenance Plan Renewal If Maintenance coverage is not purchased for any period, the price of Maintenance for the next period for which it is purchased will be (a) the Maintenance fee for the period(s) for which Maintenance was not purchased, up to a maximum of 5 years; and (b) the Maintenance fee for the next year. These software maintenance plan renewals are ordered separately according to the version. See the price list for more details. Core Capacity Upgrades Core upgrades add extra Niagara connection capacity to the software. The following options are available. Niagara Connection Adder Adds one additional Niagara connection to. 100 Upgrade UNL Upgrade Upgrades "small" ( 0 through 10) to 100 Niagara connections.
