Description of Changes: Phase III OSS Test Plan Schedule FairPoint is extending the current Phase of GUI and ebonded testing through December 5, If your company is interested in testing please send a request to FairPointCMP@FairPoint.com. We are providing additional testing windows as follows: 11AM to 2PM and 3PM to 6PM daily. The additional days being added to the schedule are Monday November 24 th, Tuesday November 25 th, and Monday December 1 st through Friday December 5 th, The following Test Cases are included in the current Test Deck: (continued on the next page) Page 1 of 6
