BLOCKERS The APT crash rated blocker range offers solutions designed to suit differing site requirements. 2 With a vast range of high security impact approved products, APT Security Systems are experts in designing solutions for every need, for any location and for any speed or type of vehicle threat. The product range includes everything from simple, manually operated barriers through to fast-acting, automatic rising bollard and blocker systems. STATIC BOLLARDS APT has a complete range of crash rated and approved surface, shallow and medium depth static bollards. The newest addition to the range is the world s first surface mounted bolt down bollard. This latest addition complements our Bollard in a Box range (APT20SH and APT30SH) which are the only bollards to be tested as single units with single foundations. The APT30SH even boasts the benefits of being delivered complete with integral rebar, drastically reducing costs typically associated with the design, manufacture and installation of rebar. Our products can be installed at various depths including surface, 125mm, 210mm, 400mm, 650mm and 750mm. Simple to install - no rebar, no connections, no complicated foundations; just dig, place and concrete Finishes include; stainless steel, galvanised, painted, PU or any customer specific design. AUTOMATIC BOLLARDS Our full range of Crash Rated Rising Bollards is now further enhanced by the world s shallowest automatic riser at just 500mm depth (APT30AT). All the APT Risers (APT30A, APT30AT & APT50A) come complete, making them the easiest install around. APT30A APT50A APT30AT Titan Surface Mounted Blocker With substantially reduced installation time, cost and disruption, the Titan Surface Mounted Blocker can be installed at sites where limited depth of foundation can sometimes present problems. Available in widths of 2-3 metres. Where required the blocker can be recessed into shallow foundations. BARRIERS Titan Road Blocker The deep mounted variant in the Titan range is available in widths of 2-5 metres. Tested in both the UK and USA in accordance with PAS 68/CEN 45 and DoD K12 standards respectively. APT has three manual barriers in its range including a lift arm (), rolling () and temporary permanent closure (3500/48/90:0/0). APT blockers withstand the harshest weather conditions, with all drive and control components designed, tested and proven to last. 6 Guardian+ Barriers The cost effective barrier for standard access control requirements The Guardian+ provides a fast-acting and reliable access control solution. Simply select the required length of barrier arm (3m, 3.5m, 4m, 4.5m or 5m) and the preferred access control options (swipe card, keypad and/or intercom). The only things required in order to facilitate the simple install of the Guardian+ Barrier are mains power and bases for mounting the equipment. This flexible barrier solution is available with a wide range of options to suit specific site requirements. This fast acting blocker can withstand axle weights of up to twenty tonnes. GATES Bi-Folding Fastgates & Sliding Gates The bi-folding action of these custom built high speed operation gates provide the most versatile option to date, with no requirement for a top-box drive or ground track. Effectively sealing the widest of opening (up to 12 metres), the cantilever design requires no running track. 6 BOLLARDS AUTOMATIC STATIC The APT range of automatic bollards includes numerous options that ensure safe traffic control. APT offers an extensive range of traditional and contemporary static bollards, which can incorporate logos, coats of arms or specified RAL colours. All bollards are tough, abrasion & corrosion resistant and practically maintenance free. 8 These hydraulically powered bollards can be operated by all known remote access control methods. When retracted or removed the post is protected by a non-scratch, lockable cover plate. Our range of manual telescopic bollards are supplied in either a galvanised or stainless steel finish as standard. Alternatively, they can be supplied in specified RAL colours. Ideal for permanent vehicle barring and demarcation of boundaries. FLEX Flex Bollards offers the perfect mix between perimeter security and passive safety. With the look and feel of a solid rigid structure, these bollards will gently bend by up to 90 degrees when impacted by a vehicle. Once the vehicle has been removed the bollard will return to its upright rigid structure. These bollards are designed to cause minimal damage to vehicles whilst preserving the bollard and its foundations. In most cases after impact the bollard does not need to be replaced or repaired, saving both time and cost.
