2 Terms and Conditions 1. No equipment will be released until the following have been done: The loan agreement form has been signed A deposit of 100 has been received for the equipment The event report form has been completed 2. The deposit will be refunded in full when all the following have been done: All the equipment has been signed back in There has been no damage to the equipment The equipment is returned clean 3. The loan request (including dates and equipment) will only be confirmed when the event report has been completed, and the loan agreement has been submitted and accepted by Rowing Ireland. An acceptance loan request form will be sent by Rowing Ireland. 4. Loan requests can only be accepted in written form and not over the phone. 5. There will be no charge for the actual loan of the equipment. For events being held by individuals or groups who are not affiliated with Rowing Ireland there is a 10 affiliation fee. 6. The loan agreement form must be signed on collection of all equipment. 7. All equipment must be collected from and returned to Rowing Ireland s storage facility, unless otherwise agreed. If organisers require Rowing Ireland to deliver/collect the equipment there will be a charge of 1.20 per mile of the journey. 8. The signatory will be held legally responsible for all loaned Rowing Ireland equipment until it is returned to Rowing Ireland. 9. The signatory will be held liable for any damage to Rowing Ireland equipment that occurs from the time of collection to the time of return. 10. The signatory must have insurance cover for the loan period against all risks of loss or damage to Rowing Ireland equipment. Public liability insurance will be covered by Rowing Ireland s policy. 11. The signatory must have a full working knowledge of the Rowing Ireland equipment loaned. 12. We recommend loans are arranged at least 2 months prior to the actual loan period. 13. Loan periods are up to 7 days inclusive of collection and return. Loan periods can be negotiated if and when appropriate. Late returns will be subject to a fine of The loan of large quantities of equipment may not be possible at certain times. Special consideration should be given to booking as far in advance as possible in such circumstances. 15. Rowing Ireland will not be held liable for any loss resulting from inability to supply equipment, or equipment malfunction.

3 16. Rowing Ireland employees are not available to attend events that involve loan equipment, unless otherwise agreed. 17. I agree that Rowing Ireland can use information and photographs supplied in promotional and educational media (ie. Newsletters, Facebook page, website).
