5 4 5 Choose how often you would like to be rewarded Redeem your Reward Points at your convenience once they have accumulated. Visit or call , Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Australian local time. Alternatively, select from a range of auto-redemption options. 1. Annual Auto-Redemption^ Choose a date when you wish to redeem your Reward Points every year for select rewards. The date you choose for the annual redemption option is up to you. 2. Period Auto-Redemption^ Redeem your Reward Points every 3, 6 or 12 months. If you wish to redeem Qantas Frequent Flyer points you can redeem your Rewards Points every 1 month Reward Value Auto-Redemption^ Arrange to automatically receive select rewards when you have accumulated sufficient Reward Points. For example, you could choose to receive a $100 Gift Card as soon as you have enough Reward Points to redeem that reward. 3 You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program to redeem Reward Points for Qantas Frequent Flyer points. Membership of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program is subject to the Rules and Terms and Conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program. A joining fee applies. ^ Auto-Redemption is only available on select rewards on Rewards Points only redemptions. It can take up to 28 days for your reward to be sent to you once you qualify for the Auto-Redemption. 6 Choose how you would like to earn Rewards Points As the Client, you can choose to consolidate Reward Points to one Points Record that will accumulate all points earned on purchases across every card under a Billing Account. If you prefer to have more than one person earn and redeem Rewards Points, you can choose to have a separate Points Record for each Cardholder. Every Cardholder will accumulate points earned on purchases on their own card.
7 6 7 ANZ Business One Rewards Options Terms and Conditions: When these terms and conditions apply 1. If you are a new Client or Nominated Cardholder, or the Client has elected to transfer from another ANZ Business One product option to Rewards Options these terms and conditions will apply when: we advise the Client that the application to join the Rewards Program has been successful; and the Client first uses the ANZ Business One Billing Account or the Cardholder first uses the Card in accordance with the ANZ Commercial Card Terms and Conditions after we have advised that the application to join the Rewards Program has been successful. Eligibility 2. The Client and any Nominated Cardholders are eligible for the Rewards Program if the Client selected ANZ Business One Rewards Options at the time of application for the relevant Billing Account, or if the Client has submitted a request in writing to ANZ to transfer to ANZ Business One Rewards Options from another ANZ Business One product option. 3. If the Client elects to join the Rewards Program for the relevant Billing Account, no other product option can be applied to the Billing Account. 4. If ANZ incurs a loss on an individual Billing Account, ANZ may suspend or exclude the Client any Nominated Cardholders from participating in the Rewards Program.
8 Nomination of Cardholder(s) 5. The Client is required to choose whether the Client or Cardholders will have a Points Record established in their names. A Nominated Cardholder may be: A Cardholder who is nominated by the Client; or The Client, if no Cardholders are nominated by the Client. 6. The Client may change its election to nominate, or to not nominate all Cardholders, only once in any 12 month period, unless otherwise advised in writing by ANZ. Earning Reward Points 7. Reward Points are used to determine when you become entitled to a Reward and can only accrue to Nominated Cardholders. Reward Points do not accrue to Cardholders who are not Nominated Cardholders and all Reward Points earned as a result of spend by Cardholders who are not Nominated Cardholders will accrue to the Nominated Cardholder for the Billing Account. 8. Reward Points accrue daily and will be visible on the relevant Points Record(s) up to 5 business days after a transaction has been processed by ANZ. 9. The number of Reward Points you could earn per Australian dollar spent can be viewed at at any time. If at any time the number of Reward Points you could earn per dollar spent increases or decreases, ANZ is not required to provide advice of this in writing. Call for the number of Reward Points you currently earn per dollar spent. Reward Points earned are subject to the exclusions set out in clauses 10 and 11.
9 10. You may earn Bonus Reward Points by using your Card or Billing Account to purchase qualifying goods and services from a Bonus Partner, subject to the limitations in clauses 10 and 11. The number of Bonus Reward Points you will receive from a Bonus Partner will be specified on 11. You will not earn Reward Points on interest charges; government charges; bank fees; cash advances (as defined in the ANZ Commercial Cards Terms and Conditions), cash equivalent transactions, balance transfers and Billing Account adjustments resulting from disputed transactions. 12. You will not earn Reward Points if your Card or the Billing Account is suspended or if you breach or any Cardholder or Nominated Cardholder breaches these terms and conditions or the ANZ Commercial Cards Terms and Conditions. 13. When the Client, obtains a refund, a reimbursement for charges previously incurred (for example for returned merchandise) or a chargeback is made to the Billing Account, this will cause Reward Points to be debited from the Points Record of the relevant Nominated Cardholder. The number of Reward Points deducted from the Points Record will be calculated by reference to the rate at which Reward Points were being earned at the time the reimbursement was processed by ANZ. 14. ANZ has the right to establish additional means of earning Reward Points or to delete, limit or modify any or all of the means currently recognised to earn Reward Points at its sole discretion. ANZ may exclude specific types of transactions from the accumulation of Reward Points. 8 9
10 Reward Points are not property 15. Reward Points may not be transferred or sold. 16. Reward Points are not property, have no monetary value, are not convertible and can only be used to claim Rewards. There will be no refunds for Reward Points that are not used to claim a Reward. Points expiry 17. Reward Points must be used to claim a Reward within 36 months of 31 December of the year in which the Reward Points were added to a Points Record. Reward Points that remain unused after that period will be cancelled. 18. In the event your Card or your Billing Account is cancelled, any Reward Points that remain unused must be used within 90 days of the date of cancellation. Reward Points that remain unused after that period will be cancelled. 19. In the event the Rewards Program is terminated, we will notify you of termination and any claim for a Reward must be made within 90 days of the date of termination. 20. We may also cancel Reward Points at our sole discretion if: the Billing Account or Card is suspended, in arrears or default, you breach or any Nominated Cardholder or the Client breaches these terms and conditions or the ANZ Commercial Cards Terms and Conditions; ANZ reasonably suspects you or the Client are operating the Billing Account or Card fraudulently; you die or the Client is, or is likely to be, insolvent; or you or the Client were never eligible for the Rewards Program or the Points were incorrectly allocated to your Points Record.
11 Rewards statement 21. You will receive a Rewards Statement quarterly if there has been activity on your Points Record in the prior quarter or you have Reward Points due to expire in the current quarter. ANZ may vary the frequency and format of the Rewards Statement without notice If you successfully register to receive rewards estatements, paper Rewards Statements will not be sent to you for your ANZ Business One Rewards Options account. If you de-register from receiving rewards estatements, quarterly Rewards Statements will recommence as paper Rewards Statements. Rewards 23. Rewards and the number of Reward Points required to claim a Reward are set out at 24. Special terms and conditions may apply to individual Rewards and they will be advised to you at or by notice from ANZ. Claiming Rewards 25. Only the Nominated Cardholder may claim Rewards. 26. Your entitlement to claim Rewards is based on the Points Record in relation to your Card or Billing Account. If the Billing Account is in arrears, suspension or default, has an overdue amount, or if the Billing Account or a Card is being used fraudulently or is suspected to be being used fraudulently, no Rewards will be claimable. 27. Reward Points used to claim a Reward will be deducted from your Points Record at the time we receive your request to claim a Reward. The adjustment will be reflected immediately on your Points Record and will be reflected in your next Rewards Statement.
12 28. You may use the option of `Points Plus Pay to redeem selected Rewards. This means that you use Reward Points and also pay a monetary amount by debiting a credit card of your choice to claim a Reward. will outline Rewards for which you can use this option. Alternatively, call the ANZ Business One Rewards Centre on for more information. 29. The procedure for claiming Rewards is set out in the Introducing ANZ Business One Rewards Options booklet. All Rewards are subject to availability and substitutions may be necessary. Special conditions may apply in relation to individual Rewards. 30. Before seeking to claim a Reward, you should review the Rewards on 31. Once a request for a Reward has been made, it cannot be cancelled or changed for a Reward of any other form. Unless we advise otherwise, Rewards cannot be returned for Reward Points to a Points Record, cashed in or exchanged. Rewards also cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed. 32. Rewards will be sent by mail to the address last notified by Nominated Cardholder to ANZ. Neither ANZ nor its Points Provider will be responsible for any lost or delayed mail. Unless we advise in writing otherwise, Rewards will not be delivered to an address outside Australia. 33. The oldest Points in the Nominated Cardholder s Points Record will be deducted first when a Reward is claimed. 34. All enquiries regarding Rewards Statements must be made to the Rewards Centre within 90 days of the date of issue.
13 Changes to Rewards and these terms and conditions 35. We may change this Introducing ANZ Business One Rewards Options booklet, at any time Bonus Partners have the right to make changes at any time without notice to the goods or services which are qualifying goods or services and the number of Bonus Reward Points that you will receive as a result of acquiring those goods or services. Bonus Partners may change without notice. 37. We may at any time and in our discretion without notice withdraw, limit, modify, cancel or increase the continued availability of any Reward or the number of Reward Points required to claim a particular Reward, even though changes may affect Points already accumulated. 38. We expressly reserve the right to limit the number of multiple Rewards of any one type which you may claim at any time or from time to time. 39. We may change or amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Client will be notified in writing of changes to these terms and conditions at least 30 days before that change takes effect. What we are not liable for 40. Except as provided in any law which cannot lawfully be excluded or modified by agreement we: make no warranties or representations either express or implied and expressly disclaim any and all liabilities (including for consequential damages) with respect to type, quality, standard or fitness or suitability for any purpose of the Rewards; are not responsible for the loss, theft or destruction of Rewards; do not accept any liability with respect to any loss arising from the supply of a Reward;
14 are not liable for any delay or inability to provide any Rewards caused by circumstances beyond our control including strikes, industrial disputes or acts of God. 41. In the event that we are liable for breach of any term implied by law, we limit that liability where we are entitled to so do to: replacement or repair of the Reward or payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the Reward; and supplying the services again or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again. 42. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Rewards are obtained from Points Providers by ANZ on behalf of the Client or Nominated Cardholder claiming the Reward. The rights (if any) which the Client or Nominated Cardholder may have in connection with a Reward are solely against the supplier of the Reward. The Client or Nominated Cardholder may contact the Rewards Centre to assist in the resolution of any dispute with a supplier of the Reward. Disputes 43. All enquiries regarding Rewards Statements must be made within 90 days of the date of the statement. Otherwise, any questions or disputes must be brought to our attention within 12 months of the incident first giving rise to the question or dispute. 44. All questions or disputes must be submitted in writing to the ANZ Business One Rewards Centre and, where relevant, be accompanied by a legible copy of the relevant sales receipt or Billing Account statements. 45. If you are not satisfied with our response to your question or dispute, you may access our complaints handling procedure, which is set out in the ANZ Commercial Cards Terms and Conditions.
15 General 46. If you, the Client or any other Nominated Cardholder or Cardholder breaches the ANZ Commercial Cards Terms and Conditions or these terms and conditions, ANZ may suspend or exclude the Client and/or you from participating in the Rewards Program Any tax liability (including, but not limited to, Australian income tax, fringe benefits tax, goods and services tax payroll tax and stamp duty), other duties, other government charge or reporting requirement in connection with or on any benefit derived by you from the use of a Billing Account and/ or Card by you or receipt of a Reward is the responsibility of you or the Client. 48. Bonus Partners other than ANZ are not responsible for the management, operation or administration of the Rewards Program. 49. You may request further details about the Rewards Program by calling The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has granted us relief from certain provisions of the Corporations Act 2001 relating to managed investments and non-cash payment facilities. The relief granted means that the Rewards Program is not required to be registered as a managed investment scheme or treated as a non-cash payment facility and the licensing, financial services disclosure and product disclosure provisions do not apply to the Rewards Program. Bonus Partner terms and conditions 51. Only goods and services purchased in Australia at Bonus Partners are eligible for Bonus Reward Points. 52. Where a Bonus Partner arranges, organises or books a good or service provided by another Bonus Partner, and you only transact with the first Bonus Partner, Bonus Reward Points will only be earned in respect of your transactions with the first mentioned Bonus Partner.
16 Accommodation 53. Bonus Reward Points are not earned on franchised and external services booked through a hotel and charged to the Billing Account and/ or Card. Promotional offers 54. You will earn Promotional Reward Points subject to meeting eligibility criteria for limited offers made by ANZ to the Nominated Cardholders. Collection of information 55. ANZ may seek access to, collect and use or disclose information as to: Transactions or events resulting in Reward Points being credit or debited; Information about the number of such Points accumulated and any information relating to the Rewards Program subsequently disclosed by the Client or Nominated Cardholder; For the purpose of administering the ANZ Business One Rewards Options Rewards Program and the provision or performance of services. Such information may also be used for planning, research, promotion or marketing of goods, services, or products of ANZ or any Points Provider. 56. The Client and Nominated Cardholder specifically authorise ANZ and any of its agents or contractors and Points Providers to seek access to, collect or use the information outlined above and disclose that information between themselves, for the above purposes.
17 Definitions for ANZ Rewards Rewards Program Terms and Conditions ANZ means Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. Billing Account means the central account or accounts for the Facility for which the Client is liable for any credit extended. Bonus Partner means any person who agrees to provide Bonus Reward Points. Bonus Reward Points means the additional Reward Points that are earned for spend on qualifying goods and services at Bonus Partners, in addition to the standard Reward Points earned for spend on the Card in accordance with these terms and conditions. Card means an ANZ Business One Rewards Options card or any other card as may be notified to the Client or you as being a card for the purposes of these terms and conditions. Cardholder means an individual to whom a Card is issued at request of the Client and who is authorised to transact on the Billing Account for the Facility. Cash equivalent transaction means a foreign exchange, travellers cheque and gambling purchases, and utility bills paid in person at a bank or Australia Post. Client means the limited company, partnership, sole proprietor, trust, incorporated entity or association who has applied for a Facility. Facility means an ANZ Business One Rewards Options Facility. Nominated Cardholder or you means a Cardholder in whose name a Points Record has been established or, if no such Cardholders are nominated, the Client. Points Provider means ANZ and any other organisation who agrees to provide Points and/or provide Rewards.
18 Points Record means a record in relation to a Billing Account or Card for the purpose of determining when you become entitled to a claim a Reward. Rewards Program means the ANZ Business One Rewards Options rewards program. Promotional Reward Points means the additional Reward Points earned from limited promotional offers made by ANZ from time to time in accordance with these terms and conditions. Reward means a reward, gift, bonus, good or service or other benefit obtained by you through the accumulation of Reward Points through use of the Billing Account and/ or Card. Rewards Catalogue means the listing published from time to time by ANZ of the Rewards that may be claimed by a Nominated Cardholder in accordance with these terms and conditions and any terms and conditions in the Rewards Catalogue. Rewards Centre means the centre maintained by ANZ and/or its agents and contractors, to administer aspects of the Billing Account and/ or Card relating to Rewards, Points Records, these terms and conditions, newsletters, the rewards database and Rewards Statements. Reward Points or Points means points added to or subtracted from a Points Record in accordance with these terms and conditions. Rewards Statement means the summary of Reward Points in the Nominated Cardholder s Points Record, including the number of Reward Points accrued. we, us or our means ANZ Rewards No 2 Pty Limited and Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. you means the Nominated Cardholder.
