During the past six years, Frank has been focusing on REO property sales, foreclosures, short sales and note sales. Frank works with managers to help meet their individual needs and priorities, using expertise in the surrounding Atlanta market. She is a licensed Broker in Georgia and is responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and management of e3 Real Estate Services. Since 2009, Randy-Leigh has owned and administered a successful real estate company while developing and managing an REO team with 22 agents covering 15 counties. Her comprehensive knowledge of all phases of real estate, specifically bank owned properties from acquisition to disposition, including residential homes, commercial buildings, condominiums, townhomes, vacant land and rentals, generated a combined REO transaction volume that exceeds $100 Million.
