1 Meet the Team Ben Hewson Essex and East Anglia Ben has worked in the Invoice Finance Arena for the last 10 years and has built up a wealth of experience dealing with the SME market. Ben has worked his way up through various operation roles and understands the day to day complexity of how a business operates and issues that arise, He enjoys the challenge of being able to help his clients with his positive can do attitude and broad knowledge skills which gives them the peace of mind that they are being given a superior service. Away from Work Ben spends time with his wife and 2 children, Socially Ben enjoys Running, Football, Golf and spending time with Family and close friends. Bethan Davies South Wales & South West bethan.davies@hitachicapital.co.uk Bethan has worked in the finance industry since graduating in 2001 and has worked in business development roles across a range of well-known organisations. Since joining Hitachi Capital Invoice Finance in April 2010, Bethan has enjoyed helping businesses with their cash-flow, enabling them to prosper and grow. Impressed with the speed of decision- making that Hitachi provides, Bethan credits this to the streamlined approach between the Business Development Managers and the underwriters. Bethan enjoys keeping fit by running and swimming, and when she wants to take a break from exercise, she socialises with her family and friends.

2 David Willis David has been in the banking and financial services industry for over 20 years and helps small to medium sized businesses across London and the South East of England. He has built up a reputation in the marketplace for delivering high levels of service and being able to turn deals around quickly and efficiently with his in-depth knowledge and understanding of how business works. South East david.willis@hitachicapital.co.uk Glen Callander Outside of work he enjoys his weekends with his wife and three boys; Harry, Ethan and Oscar. He has played football for the past 32 years and has taken up running over the last two years, completing a number of 10km and half marathons. His ultimate aim is to run a marathon in the future. Glen has worked in the commercial finance sector for some 12 years of which most of this time has been spent helping businesses meet their cash-flow requirements. He is passionate about businesses in the North East, and enjoys being part of their growth and subsequent success, which a successful cash-flow solution often brings. 3 Paul Hallett Paul has worked in the cash-flow industry for 15 years and has a wealth of experience in financial services. Paul has been with Hitachi Capital for over nine years and has enjoyed many different roles from Operations Director to Client Manager and now as Senior Business Development Manager. He is passionate about working in partnership with his clients, becoming an integral and trusted part of their businesses. He is also a keen musician playing folk and violin to a high level and If he wants some time outdoors, he chooses to play golf. Paul Kimber Paul has worked within the Invoice Finance industry for the last 12 years and has a wealth of experience in understanding the business needs of the SME marketplace, and has expertise in all invoice finance products. Paul has successfully worked within both Client Management and Sales, so understands how to structure a working solution, and can present to clients operationally how the products work. South West paul.kimber@hitachicapital.co.uk He is service driven and is aware of the importance of a working relationship between financier and client. Away from the office Paul spends time with his twin boys. Socially Paul enjoys Football, Golf, Table Tennis, and spending time with friends and family.
