19 ATTENDANCE POLICY SSOLEARNING will comply with Section General Requirements for Attendance. (a) Seminar programs that begin and end during one day are not required to maintain an attendance policy. (b) Title IV schools are not required to take attendance. (c) The Commission may approve specific attendance requirements for self-paced, competency-based programs. (d) No provision in this subchapter shall require a school to terminate the enrollment of a student for lack of attendance at a point at which a refund would not be due. (e) A school shall charge for a full day of absence when the student fails to attend all of the scheduled classes on that day. The school shall charge for a partial day of absence for any period of absence during the day.
