3 - Legal heirs or trustees - a personal corporation (one professional only) owned by a member of the Named Insured but solely with respect to INSURED SERVICES rendered by that member. - Partnership or corporation to whom a certificate of insurance has been issued, employing members of the Named Insured, but only for Claims resulting from an error, omission or negligent act in the rendering of insured services by the member - Members of the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance and its Provincial Member Association on parental leave to a maximum period of one year. - 5 year extended reporting period from the date the Named Insured s policy was lapsed or cancelled only for the former certificate holders. 3. Defence and Other Payments (as expiry) 4. Penal Defence Reimbursement ($100,000) 5. Insured vs Insured (as expiry) 6. Absolute Abuse and Sexual Misconduct Exclusion 7. Therapy and Counselling of a sexually abused patient of the Insured ($10,000 per Insured: $100,000 per policy period) 8. Disciplinary Action Legal Expenses Coverage ($150,000) 9. Security and Privacy Liability ($50,000) 10. Sexual Abuse defence costs reimbursement only, in a civil matter and only if the insured is found not liable ($50,000) 11. Moonlighting clause Other Activities exclusion is amended: This exclusion will not apply to DAMAGES resulting from the following services that the INSURED rendered individually for their own benefit, outside the scope of their main employment or business as a kinesiologist, providing they are fully qualified to provide such services, when the fees charged for these services are less than $5,000 per project and less than $25,000 for all such projects during the course of a given year; - Sports therapy, massage therapy, physiotherapy, homeopathy, osteopathy and psychotherapy. Notes: The territorial limits of this insurance policy apply to claims which give rise to suits or judicial proceedings first brought against the insured within Canada.
