PRATICAL INFORMATIONS BOOKING Access to the wellness centre is by appointment only and strictly reserved for adults and teens over 14 years. Non resident hotel clients can also use the wellness centre. Treatments should be purchased when you book your stay. They can also be booked during your stay either at reception or in the wellness centre itself between 4.30 pm and 7 pm. Access to the Aquarelaxation Area is free for hotel residents and when you purchase a treatment of 60mins or more. Access is subject to reservation made at the hotel reception outside these hours. Access to the Aquarelaxation Area is at fixed times: 10 am am pm pm - 5 pm pm pm. You cannot access the Spa outside of these times. SECURITY Services must be paid for during the booking process. Any cancelation without a medical certificate or any changes to treatment slots must be made at least 24 hours in advance, failing which no replacement or refunds are possible. TREATMENTS We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time in order to ensure the punctuality of treatment sessions. The treatments are nontransferable and reserved clients who have no medical reason to not use the facilities. For a 30, 60 or 90 minutes session, the actual treatment times are respectively 20, 50 and 70 minutes as the indicated treatment times include the welcome and advice time. CLOTHING The linen required for your treatment is provided for use only in the Wellness center. Swim wear must be worn in the Aquarelaxation Area. A towel will be provided. Flip-flops must be worn in the wellness center. For your convenience bathrobes, swim wear and flip-flops can be purchased at the desk. Please be sure to give back the changing-room/locker key when you leave the wellness center. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS L Alpe d Huez In accordance with the law of 5/07/1996, the term «massage» signifies any techniques given by well-being masseurs or beauticians for purely aesthetic and confort grounds excludes all therapeutic and medical aims. - Relaxation Pass, Bundles, packages, wellness breks are for named individuals and are not transferable. They are for adults only and subject to appointments according to availability. Valid during hotel opening periods. - Wellness packages. Treatments are available from Sunday to friday before 4pm. Prices exclusively for pre-bookings for customers who are renting or who own an mmv apartment; these cannot be combined with other current offers. Book and pay for treatments before arrival to ensure availability. - Aquarelaxant Area : on by appointement only. Access to jacuzzi, sauna ans hammam, relaxation area and tea bar (according to site facilities) for adults only unless special conditions Special Teens and limited to those with no contraindications. Towel provided for use during your stay.slippers and swimsuit must be worn (sold on site). Admission fee for non-hosted clients at the hotel but free with any 60-minute or more treatment. For adults only. Sauna and hammam limited ti. to enhance the enjoyment of all, the duration of visits limites to 1 hrs 15 befors 5:00 pm and 45 min after 5 pm. For mmv residents : Reservation Pass détente 3 per stay including 1 only guaranteed after 5 pm. - Special Teens treatments and Family Relaxation Access from 14 years of age during school holidays and on reservation. In order to gain entry into the exclusive access to Aquarelaxation area for Teens, Wednesday exclusively 2.30 pm to 7.30 pm sessions and to receive Special Teens Treatments, teenagers are obliged to present written permission from their parents, to be accompanied by a parent and to provide some proof of identity. We will specify the terms and conditions for accessing our facilities at the time that you make your booking. 6 7
