Other derived benefits are a reduction of indentations and deformations, a decrease in heat loss in the piece itself and in the electrodes, and the ability to combine at a high level of quality, critical materials which are difficult to weld. From the above description it is easy to understand how even the productivity benefits thanks to shorter work cycles, reduced rework and a lower rate of use of the electrodes. The computerisation of the process has additional advantages, including the assurance of a proper rotation of spare parts and the timely updating control software in case of new releases, apart from the ability to better monitor the flow of requests for further optimizing warehouse organization.
