RQUIRMNTS OR SUMITT RT ILS To maximize the quality of your finished product, vector art files are highly recommend. Our preferred file format for vector art files is dobe Illustrator (.I) or ncapsulated Postscript (.PS) o not send orel raw iles in their native form please convert them to.p format prior to sending. or photographs, the preferred file formats are.ps and.jpg, and the minimum resolution should be 300 dpi at finished size. If you plan to crop your photo, please leave 1/8" (minimum) for us to use as a bleed area. If a bleed area is not provided, it may be necessary to add a solid border around your photograph. Trademarked material may not be reproduced without the consent of the trademark holder. It is the customer's responsibility to identify trademarked material and to seek authorization for use prior to submitting to Time rame. SHIPPING MTHOS or small orders of trophy components (100 inserts or less), US Priority Mail may be used, but a $2.00 handling fee shall apply. ll other shipments shall be made by UPS Ground or xpress Services (Next ay ir / 2ay ir / 3ay xpress). Time rame is not responsible for the ontime delivery performance of UPS or the US Postal Service. or product shipped via UPS, should the carrier determine that a package has been lost or damaged, Time rame will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, and replace the shipment at no additional cost. Lead times for various products are noted within. or new orders involving new custom artwork, lead time is measured from the moment of proof approval. Preproduction samples may be requested and will be billed at the quoted piece price, plus a $20 sample charge, plus shipping and handling charges. rush charge of $20 shall apply to any order with new custom artwork that requires design work, production, and shipment within 24 hours of order placement. Reorders of trophy components can typically be shipped on the next business day after order placement. Same day shipment of reorders is sometimes possible, but cannot be guaranteed. In the event of an order cancellation, all accumulated charges shall be billed. (This includes art and setup charges for new custom artwork that is cancelled during the proofing process.)
