6 Class Statistics Our Executive MBA attracts an experienced group of participants from a wide range of specialties, industries and sectors. The average age on the Executive MBA is 36, and participants have an average of 12 years professional experience. Currently 32% of the participants are female and 6% are international. The wide range of age, experience and background on the UCD Smurfit EMBA creates a rich diversity in our classes and that enhances the classroom experience by bringing in a wealth of real world experience to supplement the academic curriculum. Return on investment In 2015 the Financial Times calculated that our EMBA graduates' earnings grew by 48% in the 3 years after graduation.
