3 Israel Business Mission led by the Hon. Maurizio Bevilacqua, P.C. Mayor Caesarstone Canada Founded in 1987, Caesarstone was an early pioneer of the natural quartz surfaces market. Its dominant position in the market has been achieved through continuous investment, extensive research and development, highly trained personnel and an advanced market infrastructure. For more than a decade Caesarstone has set new standards in innovation and craftsmanship and continues to set trends in the industry. Caesarstone is the first quartz surfacing company to receive ISO certification - a global standard specifically for environmental protection. From recycling 97% of the water used in manufacturing, to collecting dust from shipping, handling, production and processing; Caesarstone seeks to protect the planet and the well-being of their customers. Caesarstone manufacturing plant is located in Kibbutz Sdot-Yam situated on Israel s beautiful Mediterranean coast, next to the ancient Roman city of Caesarea.
