In addition to these career paths, we have an incubator program that is eligible to Senior Managers. The incubator program is a 12 month program sponsored by Chicken & Rice Guys that will prepare students to either start their own business, or open a Chicken & Rice Guy s franchise!

4 TRUCK OPERATIONS Truck Worker $11-$13 hr Learning the ins and outs of working on the truck, from cooking rice, to chopping meats. You will be responsible for grilling, taking orders, and filling orders. Assistant Truck Manager $14 hr Assistant truck managers are truck managers in training. Assistant Truck Managers will learn how to drive the trucks, how to run a truck shift, and how to manage staff. Truck Manager $15-$17 hr Responsible for driving the trucks, maintaining worker/ food safety, and running a shift, from preparing the trucks in the morning, to tracking inventory for the truck. Senior Truck Manager $36,000-$40,000 Same responsibilities as a truck manager, but also has a focus on truck staff development, truck maintenance, and maintaining safety standards across all trucks. Director of District Truck $42,000-$46,000 Managing truck fleet VP of Regional Truck $50,000 - $58,000 Managing truck fleet Executive VP of Regional Truck Managing truck fleet President Truck Managing truck fleet standards across all regions. COOKING OPERATIONS Cooking Staff $11-$13 / hour - As a cooking staff member, you will be responsible

5 COOKING OPERATIONS Cooking Staff $11-$13 / hour - As a cooking staff member, you will be responsible for cleaning and cooking for all truck operations. You will prepare and cook all inventory from sauces to chicken. Assistant Cooking Manager $14 - Assistant cooking managers will be able to assume the cooking manager role when the cooking manage is unavailable. Cooking Manager $30,000-$34,000 Cooking Manager will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, inventory for all trucks, and inventory for truck operations/ catering operations. Senior Cooking Manager $36,000-$40,000 Senior Cooking Manager will be responsible for overseeing all standard operations of the cooking manager, but also will be in charge of ordering and managing suppliers, deep cleaning schedules, and staff development. Director of District Cooking $42,000-$46,000 The Director of District Truck manages cooking operation standards in their respective district. VP of Regional Cooking $50,000 - $58,000 The VP of Regional Cooking manages cooking operation Executive VP of Regional Cooking EVP of Regional Cooking manages cooking operation standards in their respective regions. President Cooking The President of Cooking manages cooking operation standards across all regions.

6 CATERING OPERATIONS Catering Worker $11-$13 / hour Responsible for cooking, assembling, and delivering catering orders. Catering Manager $30,000-$34,000 Managing the entire process for catering orders, from when orders are placed, to preparing the orders, to delivering, and lastly providing customer service. Senior Catering Manager $36,000-$40,000 Managing the entire process of catering in additional to managing 3rd party supplier relationships, working with the Cooking Manager to monitor inventory, work to improve catering operations and find more clients. Director of District Catering $42,000-$46,000 Managing catering operation respective district. Vice President of Regional Catering $50,000 - $58,000 Managing catering operation Executive VP of Regional Catering Managing catering operation respective regions. President, Catering The President of Catering manages catering operation standards across all regions.

7 STORE OPERATIONS Store Worker $11-$13 Learning the ins and outs of working at the store from cooking chicken, to cooking rice, to chopping meats. Other responsibilities include grilling, taking orders, filling orders, cooking, and cleaning. Assistant Store Manager $13-$17 Assistant store managers are store managers in training. Assistant Store Managers will learn all aspects of running the stores from opening to closing. Store Manager $30,000-$34,000 A store manager is responsible for all aspects of running a store from opening to closing. Director of District Store $42,000-$46,000 The Director of District Store manages store operation standards in their respective district. VP of Regional Store $50,000 - $58,000 The VP of Regional Store manages store operation standards in their Executive VP of Regional Store The EVP of Regional Store manages store operation standards in their respective district. President, Store The President of Store manages store operation standards across all regions.

8 FINANCE Financial Analyst $36,000-$40,000 Financial Analyst will assist the Finance Manager in payroll duties, insurance, benefits, revenue/expense tracking, and income statements Finance Manager $50,000 - $58,000 Financial Manager will oversee aspects of financial duties by Finance VP Financial Manager will oversee aspects of financial duties by respective regions. Controller Controller will oversee all aspect of finances across entire company.

9 CNRG INCUBATOR PROGRAM Chicken & Rice Guys Incubator Program 12 month program to help students start their own business. All Senior Managers are eligible to participate in this program. The program will include classes, 1 on 1 meeting/consulting with mentors/industry experts, assignments, and other resources including financial/legal. STAGE 1: Starting a Business - Preliminary Market Research - Possible, Value, Profitable - Company Structure/Equity/Partners - Cash Flow Projections - Cost of Goods Sold - Customer Feedback - Product Refinement - Product Improvement STAGE 2: Growing a Business - Pitching to Investors - Determining - Company Structure - Future Value Proposition Upon completion of program, Chicken & Rice Guys will retain 1% equity of graduating business. If student choses to franchise Chicken & Rice Guys, Chicken & Rice Guys reserves the rights to 5% equity, territory rights, and right to dictate business terms, and operations.
