Advancement from BA in Art to BFA in Art requires portfolio review, statement of purpose, and interview. Minimum requirements for application include a 3.0 GPA in all art courses, completion of 15 hours of studio prerequisites, 6 hours of art history, 3 hours of studio foundations preferably in the student s intended emphasis or concentration.
