Site Selection Training of Franchisee Lease Negotiation Complete Inventory Store Layout, Design & Construction Franchise System Advertising & Marketing Assistance General Assistance 1. Assistance with Site Selection PARTY LAND personnel will help you find your store location once an Option Agreement is signed. All locations must be approved by PARTY LAND and Franchisee before entering into a lease. 2. Lease Negotiation PARTY LAND will help you negotiate the lease to get you the best terms and conditions possible. 3. Interior Fixturing and Décor PARTY LAND will assist in the installation of all fixtures and accessories to assure each Franchise unit is identical in décor and uniformity to insure the quality of image we want to preserve for our company and our Franchisees. This will create the national image which will be vital for both the Franchisee and the Company. All PARTY LAND stores are designed to capture the customer s attention the moment they enter. In addition, the complete store is designed for shopping convenience and fun. Training to Run and Own A PARTY LAND Franchise A State-of-the-Art training program will be provided to the Franchisee at PARTY LAND before the opening of their Franchise unit. The training will take place at PARTY LAND University. This training will teach the new Franchisee and its key people the PARTY LAND method of merchandising, inventory control, reordering, advertising, bookkeeping and all of the necessary essentials for operating a successful Franchise. The training will be continued by visits from our home office personnel, as well as up-dated information from our home office. Continuous training is our way of keeping you up to date with the latest developments in our industry as well as creating a family-like relationship. 6. Inventory for a PARTY LAND Franchise All products will be supplied by a designated distributor for the Franchise unit. In order to keep our high quality of standards, any additional products or substitution of products a Franchisee wishes to carry must be submitted for approval to PARTY LAND home office. Upon written approval by the Company, you may then use the products requested. PARTY LAND has made arrangements with suppliers to provide all products at the lowest possible prices to its Franchisees to insure excellent profit margins and availability of products on a weekly basis. 7. Franchise Support System PARTY LAND personnel will be visiting your store. The purpose of the visit is to make sure you are updated on current trends and product information as well as dealing with any specific needs you may have. The PARTY LAND representative will advise you of new products that are available, advertising promotions, seasonal changes, promotions and new merchandising techniques. The Franchise will receive continued support from the PARTY LAND home office. We want you to be in business for yourself but never by yourself.
