1 BRIEF PROFILE Project Management, Management, Marketing and Salesmanship With 3+ years as manager, 2½ years as an entrepreneur, 1 year as consultant and 1 year as account manager, course in Project Management and PRINCE2, website development and website maintenance, I have strong competencies in management, sales and marketing. At the age of 21 I started my own company while studying Marketing Management. Importing, designing and selling branded water to Danish companies. Among others: Jack & Jones and Vero Moda. (Water bottles with, for instance, company Logo, USP, brief company profile or product specification. Either as a label or laser prints on the bottle.) I ve sold websites for Skandiaweb A/S to small and medium sized companies in Jutland, as an Account Manager, while helping LB Invest ApS with their marketing in my spare time, as a consultant. This led to a manager position in LB Invest. At LB Invest ApS I was, among others, in charge of: Outsourcing the website production to Asia Creating business plans, marketing plans, and budgets Analyzing potential businesses for investments, and current businesses for improvements. 2 WORK EXPERIENCE 02/ /2012 Operations Manager at Hjem-IS At Hjem-IS I was in charge of 23 salesmen, planning and creating work schedules, control of product stock and finding flexible solutions during unforeseeable predicaments. I also streamlined the daily workflow, and created a new way for planning which lowered typos by 50% and increased employee satisfaction. 07/ /2011 Manager at LB Invest ApS Analyzed current businesses and markets for streamlining, as well as potential new businesses and markets in terms of investment opportunities, including among other risk analyzes and the possibility of dividends. Also creating business plans, budgets and marketing plans. I was also in charge of the outsourcing of the web development for one of the subsidiaries to Asia. 08/ /2009 Consultant at LB Invest ApS I analyzed current businesses and markets for streamlining. Primary focus was importing safety glass from China for resale in Denmark to large contractors such as NCC and Skanska. I also helped with web design and reviews of budgets and plans. 08/ /2009 Account Manager at Skandiaweb A/S Canvas: selling web sites to small and medium sized companies in Jutland. Liaison between clients and web designers. Order handling, sales meetings, CRM. 09/ /2008 Self Employed, MH Management At the age of 21, while still studying marketing management, I started out as an entrepreneur, importing branded water (water bottles with company logo, etc. for self-marketing during meetings, give-away in stores or exhibitions, etc.). Belbin is a personality profile based on 9 different team roles: Plant, Resource Investigator, Coordinator, Shaper, Monitor Evaluator, Teamworker, Implementer, Completer Finisher, and Specialist. 5 Profile of Henrik s ability to organize and his readiness to get things done, will likely be his main contribution to success in every team. Henrik should therefore be good at planning the work and ensure, that the right person solves the right job. Henrik will be persistent in his efforts to achieve a concrete and tangible result which is in line with the original plan. Henrik will be appreciated for his ability to achieve results in a way that is acceptable to all and in accordance with the agreed objectives. Henrik will appear in the team as he who can collect team members on the task and contribute to the distribution of tasks and responsibilities, taking into account team members' different skills and personal preferences. As a generalist, Henrik is less concerned about being singled out for a special talent, but his reputation would depend on his handling capacity, and what has actually been achieved with him at the helm. Exactly how he makes things happen is less important. Henrik has the robust qualities that should make him able to work for a fairly tough boss.
