5 MANUFATURD TO WORLD LASS STANDARDS IN TH U.S.A. All Beta Star chamber manufacturing and assembly takes place at our headquarters located in South astern Pennsylvania. Our welders are qualifi ed to weld procedures certifi ed to the ASM ode, and we are a certifi ed NQA-1 manufacturing facility. Our 160,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space includes a 12,000 sq. ft. of segregated assembly area providing a clean environment eliminating contamination to your equipment. Our state-of-the-art facility features epoxy-coated floors, dedicated stations for fabrication and assembly of sterilizer components, a fully-equipped shop for building and testing electronic controls, a multi-unit testing facility, an orbital welding station, and a water reclamation system. All Beta Star sterilizers are equipped with 316 stainless steel chamber, and door. The chambers are polished to a 25Ra with easy clean rounded corners and sloping drain system. The fascia panels are 16 gauge with a #4 polish. Laboratories across the country have come to rely on the quality and reliability of Beta Star Sterilizers. The nvirovac TM system is Beta Star s exclusive high performance, energy efficient, high vacuum system with water conservation features. The nvirovac TM system has been designed to dramatically reduce water consumption, up to 80% compared to traditional vacuum systems, during normal operation. Its performance is not affected by normal fluctuations in water temperature and supply pressure, thus providing a more reliable, energy efficient system. The nvirovac TM provides more efficient air removal during the pre-conditioning phase. This allows for more effective steam penetration into porous loads and enhances drying capabilities for critical applications. 7 Beta Star Life Science quipment of R-V Industries Inc., has re-engineered its VacUcon TM High Vacuum System, a component to their autoclaves, into the nvirovac TM, increasing its capability to reduce water utility consumption. As companies across North America target major water utility requirement equipment to reduce negative environmental impact on our freshwater resources, Beta Star Life Science quipment is meeting this concern through it s nvirovac TM product. The nvirovac TM, designed as a combination high vacuum and water condenser only requires a ½ water feed at minimum 20psig for all autoclaves. It combines water and electric utility savings by eliminating the need for a liquid ring vacuum pump with a separate steam/water condenser. The nvirovac TM high vacuum system is capable of attaining 28.5 hg on bulk sterilizers and 29.5 hg on small to medium sterilizers. The nvirovac TM performance is not affected by normal fluctuations in water temperature and supply pressure, providing a more reliable energy efficient system. The nvirovac TM provides more efficient air removal during the pre-conditioning phase allowing more thorough heat transfer for loads, and more efficient drying capability due to lower vacuum depths. 8 BTA TH RISING IN STRILIZR PRFORMAN & VALU BL3 & BL4 ffluent Sterilizers The Beta Star BL3 and BL4 effluent steam sterilizers are designed specifically for the decontamination of autoclavable materials such as hard goods, textiles, and liquids in vented containers in BL3 and BL4 biohazard areas. All Beta Star orporation BL3 & BL4 effluent sterilizers provide the protection you need and the sterilization capabilities you can rely on for these critical applications. Our design prevents harmful pathogens and viruses from exiting the sterilizer at any time during the sterilization process and are retained until the required sterilization exposure time has been attained. Standard steam sterilization cycles exhaust through a heated 0.2 um hydrophobic filter in order to prevent pathogens and viruses from exiting the sterilizer during the exhaust and vacuum phases of the sterilization cycles and prior to fulfilling sterilization time and temperature requirements. All Beta Star BL3 and BL4 effluent sterilizers are provided with both gravity and vacuum capabilities and Beta Star s exclusive VacUcon high vacuum system. 25 BSL3 ffluent Sterilization System The Beta Star BSL3 effluent steam sterilizers are designed specifically for the decontamination of autoclavable materials such as hard goods, textiles, and liquids in vented containers in BSL3 biohazard areas. Our design prevents harmful pathogens and viruses from exiting the sterilizer at any time during the sterilization process.
