4 I. Continuing Your Rehabilitation Now that you are going home following your stay at the Rakusin Rehabilitation Center, you may require or benefit from additional rehabilitation services. You may continue to receive therapy services from the Hebrew Home. All that is required is a prescription for rehabilitation services from your physician.
