1 What s on Now? The events newsfeed This is the events social feed, displaying up to the minute changes of agenda, updates to articles, twitter and other event related changes.

2 Programme Comprehensive agenda of all sessions within the event Click on an agenda item to view information on the session. See timings, location, and speaker information. Add the session to your personalised agenda My Schedule, or device calendar. Click Join In to take part in interactive polling and discussion boards. Click Add Note to record notes for the session and them to yourself.

3 My Schedule Personalised Agenda Sessions that you added to My Schedule from the Agenda will appear here. This is a handy place to view all the Agenda items that interest you in one place.

4 Speakers An alphabetical list of speakers at the event. Select a profile to see more information. Agenda information below indicates when and where the speaker is presenting.

5 Attendees An alphabetical list of all attendees Select a profile to see more information Use the + at the top right of their profile to add contact information to your address book. Select the message envelope next to an attendee profile to send an or in app message.

6 Inbox Your event messenger inbox and outbox Messages sent to you from other delegates will appear here. Rather than send messages from the Attendee list, you can tap the Compose new message icon in the bottom right Messages you have sent will appear in your Outbox. To access this, tap the icon shaped like a paper aeroplane

7 Notes Compose, view and edit notes Select the button to add a new note Select a note to view any previous notes Select the envelope to yourself any notes made Select the Edit button to select and delete notes

8 Presentations Documents made available for attendees within the app Select a document to view Use the + at the top right of the document to add the document to your briefcase and allow you to yourself a copy of the document.

9 My Briefcase Saved Documents Documents that you have saved from the Documents section will appear here. From here, you can not only view them again but also them to yourself or others that you may think would find the information interesting

10 Exhibitors List of all exhibitors at the event Here you can see at a glance the exhibitors at the event Tapping on each exhibitors logo will take you to their information page From there, you can find out their location, contact information and more

11 Exhibitors Exhibitor Detailed Info From here there are links to the company website and . You can also tap on the Booth number which will open the interactive map to show their location. Tapping Add will store the companies information in your My Exhibitors page

12 Quick Meetings Arrange a Meeting with other attendees This feature enables you to arrange a quick meeting with a fellow attendee or speaker at the event. No personal information is exchanged, unless you wish to, meaning you can safely arrange a quick chat with minimum hassle

13 Quick Meetings Arrange a Meeting with other attendees Invite someone to a meeting from the Attendee list Click button to arrange a meeting. This will open a new window allowing you to sort times, location and add other attendees.

14 Interactive map Map of meeting space for the event Pinch to zoom in on map. Select exhibition booth to view exhibitor information and contact details. Select Add to add to My Exhibitors

15 Sponsors Event Sponsors This page lists the sponsors of the event and is arranged by the sponsorship level of each company. From here, you can tap on the company you are interested in finding more about. This will take you to their profile page with contact details and event location

16 Surveys Event related Surveys From here, there will be a list of available surveys for you to participate in. Tap on the survey you which to answer, this will bring up the questions. Tap on each one for the options related to that question. When you re done, tap Submit to finish.

17 General Info Event Information This module provides you with information related to the event, be that details for the evenings dinner or details for the WiFi

18 My Profile Your details This module contains all the information you released to the event organiser before the event. You can update your details live, including your profile picture. You can also edit your privacy settings, either allowing or denying access to your personal details.
