6 Management tasks Management tasks in last period: highlights - Supporting Co-ordination in overall steering of project. Support to communication activities. - Project follow-up. Liaison with PO. - Amendment preparation, paperwork finalised, approval received. - Coordinated the review of deliverables for the period. - Payment#5 done. - Produced and issued minutes from GAM8. Coordinated and helped organize logistics details for GAM9. - Devising strategies for future activities, related initiatives and projects.

7 Grant Agreement amendment Amendment #4 has been officially approved Extension of 6 months without additional funding. New end date: 30-Jun Modification of deliverables submission dates. FIMIM SYNAPSE Team relocation. Effort and budget transferred from FIMIM (withdrawal) to SYNAPSE (new partner) Incorporation of new partners: ULUND (M. Vihinen) & UMCG (M. Swertz). Small changes in budget. Minor supplements of budget for LUMC for covering the OPS-GEN2PHEN workshop, and for INSERM for additional activities.
