Using the selection box on the upper left you concentrate the view on the articles to be mounted on a daily basis. Useful selection criterion is the creation date, however, you can also anytime select by source, source, category, keyword, author, etc.. The articles appear in a table containing information on category, date, source, title and all other existing fields. Field contents can here also be changed subsequently, also selection from lists is supported. If required, you can also view each article directly. The definition of different configurations allows you to produce any kind of output, based on the article pool Daily/ weekly / monthly press review Teaser / press review of ad- hoc announcements / dossiers Export of meta data / Keywords / Text to archive, CMS or Lotus Notes The amount of all articles resulting from the selection of one day, will be listed in the set-box on the upper right together with the headline with one single click "Mounting". Now you can make changes, e.g. regarding the desired order. With click on the button "Press review", this selection will be saved in PDF (article PDF and complete PDF). The website defined via newsweb, in appearance adopted to the respective intranet, with electronic index and linked articles, is automatically updated. New documents can be uploaded via FTP directly from newsweb. To reach the starting point of the press review, only a (fixed) link from the intranet is requested. newsweb also controls the publishable period in the intranet. So operating a dedicated server is not necessary. Before producing the final press review, you can optimize the documents via the newscomposer. Here you change the arrangement, highlight keywords, scale and position images, insert comments, shorten and format texts and paragraphs.
