Treasury Management Guide to ACH Origination Processing and Customer Service March 2012 This guide provides important information regarding ACH origination processing at PNC and addresses many frequently asked questions. PNC is committed to providing high quality service and exceptional client care. If you have questions about your ACH Origination Service, please feel free to contact PNC ACH Client Services by calling and select Option 1. After selecting Option 1, press 2 for current day ACH file processing support or press 3 for assistance regarding posted entries or entries originated prior to the current day. In addition to using these PNC processing guidelines as a reference, your organization should have access to the current ACH Rules. Basic access to the NACHA Operating Rules and Guidelines ( NACHA Rules ) is available at no charge at or you can request an access code from PNC that will allow you to access to the complete NACHA Rules. Knowing the rules regarding authorizations, notification of changes, reversals, and other obligations will help your organization avoid potential ACH rule violations. USE OF THE ACH STANDARD ENTRY CLASS (SEC) CODES It is in the ACH batch header or the 5 record where you insert the SEC Code. The SEC Code is designated by its 3 alpha character mnemonic. The more traditional SEC Codes are PPD and CCD. A complete overview of SEC Codes, and their definitions, can be found in the NACHA Rules in Section V of the Operating Guidelines. The SEC Code in the batch header applies to the detail Entries within that batch. You can have multiple batches with differing SEC Codes stacked within a File. For example, you can have a batch of PPD Entries and a batch of CCD Entries within a single File. The SEC Code you use when constructing your batch is based upon applicable NACHA Rules. Often, this is based upon the method used for obtaining authorization or whether the Receiver of the ACH Entry is a business or consumer. When building your PINACLE Entries using the service s pre-formatted screens or batch import profile, the application you select will determine what SEC Code is used when the PINACLE software builds your batches in the background. If you or your processor will originate batches using the SEC Codes WEB, TEL, and/or IAT, you must notify your Treasury Management representative ahead of time, as PNC will need additional information from your company. ESTABLISHING NEW BATCH HEADERS and REQUESTING CHANGES The ACH batch header information you provide to PNC on the ACH Origination New Batch Header Request Form is critical information that is used to identify you and your processing instructions. The Company Name and accompanying Company ID on the ACH Origination New Batch Header Request Form are required to match those respective fields on the batch header within your File sent to PNC. Your batch header is attached to the respective ACH Entries as they flow through the ACH network to the destination financial institutions. Note: If your organization is a Third Party Sender with a PNC settlement account and is initiating direct transmissions of ACH Entries on behalf of other companies or organizations, you may have the option of not submitting the ACH Origination New Batch Header Request Form to PNC for new batch headers. Consult with your PNC Sales Associate regarding requirements. NACHA Rules require that the Company Name in your ACH batch header clearly identify the entity or organization that is originating ACH Entries destined to the Receiver s account. This field should not contain a phone number or a name unknown to the Receiver. New or revised ACH batch header information must be communicated to PNC at least two weeks prior to using the ACH batch header in your File. If you, or a processor or service bureau acting on your

behalf, sends a File with an ACH batch header that is not set up within the PNC ACH processing system, your File will suspend and processing may be delayed. To update your ACH batch header information, please contact your PNC Treasury Management Officer or Sales Associate. Inactive Batch Header Notice: PNC requires ACH origination clients to use their ACH batch headers at least one time per year. Batch setups without activity for a consecutive 12-month period will be deleted from the PNC ACH processing system. If you currently use PNC as a backup or contingency provider for ACH Origination Services, please ensure you are sending transactions to PNC on an annual basis. Quarterly submissions are strongly recommended. FILE PROCESSING In order for ACH Entries to be released on the same day of receipt, Files must be received by PNC as specified below: Direct File Transmission deadline is 10:00 p.m. ET with matching control totals. PINACLE deadline is 8:00 p.m. ET. PNC releases Entries into the ACH network at the following times: 10:45 a.m., 4:45 p.m., 8:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (all times Eastern Time zone) During implementation of your service, you may request your ACH batch header to be processed in the Premium Window. This option allows you to transmit the File early in the day and subsequently request changes and deletions of entries up until 4:00 p.m. ET. If you have opted for the Premium Window processing normally sending your File two Banking Days prior to the Effective Entry Date but miss transmitting two Banking Days prior to Effective Entry Date, your authorized ACH representative will need to contact PNC s ACH Operations area to coordinate the timely release of the Entries. Otherwise, the Entries will be held an extra day and released in the next day s Premium Window, one-banking Day prior to Effective Entry Date. (Refer to the section titled PREMIUM WINDOW.) PNC will use reasonable efforts to accommodate your change or delete request when possible and with proper authorization from the ACH contacts you provide on the ACH Origination New Batch Header Request Form; however, PNC shall not be liable for any failure to process a change or delete request. (Refer to the section titled CHANGE or DELETE REQUESTS ) FILE PROCESSING LIMITS We will establish separate limits ( Limits ) for your ACH Credit Entries and ACH Debit Entries that you may originate, subject to credit approval. The Limit for ACH Credit Entries is the maximum dollar amount of accumulated ACH Credit Entries for which we have not received final payment from you and which we will process for you. The Limit for ACH Debit Entries is the maximum dollar amount of accumulated ACH Debit Entries for which we have not received final payment from the RDFI and which we will process for you. We may change your Limits at any time in our sole discretion. Your PNC Treasury Management Officer and Relationship Manager will discuss the ACH Limits needed to support your type and frequency of ACH origination. Your Limits will be disclosed to you during the ACH implementation process. The Limits that you discuss with your PNC account representative can equal the daily File amount if you submit Files only once per week or bi-weekly. If you are submitting ACH Files or batches on consecutive days or across days with overlapping batch Effective Entry Dates, you will need to take into account that the ACH Limits requested will need to represent the peak of 3 4 days of aggregated origination activity. If you determine that your daily File processing will exceed the established Limits, then an increase to the Limits must be requested and approved. Please contact your Treasury Management Officer prior to sending any Files exceeding your Limits. Your failure to notify PNC and obtain approval of an increase to your Limits could result in delayed processing or failure to process your File. FILE TESTING PNC requests notification of any changes involving the communication methods or systems used to create your ACH File. Our ACH Implementation Team is available to work with you to test Files generated using new or updated systems. To schedule testing, please contact your PNC Treasury Management Officer. Please allow 4-6 weeks for testing to be completed. CONTROL TOTALS All clients originating ACH transactions via direct transmission are required to report control totals. Control totals are used to notify PNC that a File has been sent. The control totals should be entered on or near the time of transmission. Direct transmission clients report the debit dollar total and the credit dollar total via touch-tone phone and those totals are systemically matched to 2

the totals in the trailer record of the sent File. If a File is received without the appropriate control totals, or if the control totals do not match the File, one of your ACH authorized representatives designated on the ACH Origination New Batch Header Request Form will be notified. If you use a payroll processor or service bureau to deliver your files, the processor or service bureau is responsible for providing your control totals to PNC. PINACLE users do not report control totals as PINACLE does this systemically. PRENOTIFICATIONS Although not required under the NACHA Rules, before originating recurring dollar entries, such as direct deposit transactions, PNC strongly recommends prenoting. A Prenote is a zero-dollar Entry that is used to confirm the accuracy of the Receiver s information (transit/routing number and account number). A Prenote does not confirm ownership of the account. When prenoting, the NACHA Rules state that you must wait at least six Banking Days before originating the first live dollar entry to the intended Receiver. This should provide enough time to modify any incorrect account information identified by the RDFI via a Return Entry or NOC. As an ACH Originator, it is extremely important for you to review in detail both Return Entries and NOC reports received each day. Please refer to the sections in this guide titled RETURN ENTRIES and NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE MESSAGES for more information. PayCard Originators should refer to the PAYCARD ENTRIES section on the last page of this guide. SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY PROCESSING (OPTIONAL) PNC has one processing window on Sundays and Bank holidays (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas). ACH Files sent over the weekend and on holidays will be processed in the manner described below (as long as matching control totals have been reported). Barring any ACH edit error and/or File processing Limit error, Files sent during the weekend (Friday night, Saturday or Sunday), and received with matching control totals by 9:30 p.m. ET Sunday, will be processed during the Sunday processing window at 9:30 p.m. ET. When there is a Monday holiday, the PNC ACH processing system does not run the Sunday processing window. On a Monday bank holiday, Files received on the previous Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, with control total confirmation, will be processed during the Monday holiday processing window, starting at 9:30 p.m. ET. In the event that a File is received without a control total, or a control total is received without a File, PNC will either place a call to your designated overnight contact, or handle the outstanding issue the next processing day. If you have a processing question on a Sunday or holiday, please call , Options or If you wish to request Sunday/holiday File processing, please contact your Treasury Management Officer who can provide you with the current PNC Bank ACH holiday calendar. SCHEDULE CHECKING (OPTIONAL) Many of our direct transmission clients provide File delivery dates, along with the respective Effective Entry Date information, so PNC can anticipate and monitor the receipt of incoming Files. The File delivery schedules are defined by the ACH Origination Schedule Delivery Form. After sending the ACH Origination Schedule Delivery Form to PNC, you will receive a confirmation that the schedule is in place. PNC will use reasonable efforts to notify your authorized representatives if a File has not been received on a scheduled delivery date of if a File has been received and was not scheduled on the ACH Origination Schedule Delivery Form; however, PNC shall not be liable for any failure to notify you. REJECTS Rejected Entries, batches, or Files are those ACH Files that have failed the origination processing edits within the PNC ACH processing system. Failing ACH edits are not released into the ACH network. There are several common reasons for rejection. For example, an Entry will reject if the bank routing and transit number provided by the Receiver is not a receiving ACH transit routing number. A batch of 3

Entries may also be deemed unqualified. This means that the company name and company ID combination on the File s batch header record do not match the batch header information on PNC s ACH system as originally provided on the ACH Origination New Batch Header Request Form. Files will also reject if the File format does not adhere to ACH standards, if the File is a duplicate, or if an empty File is transmitted. PNC s ACH Operations will use reasonable efforts to contact your ACH authorized representatives via phone call should a problem occur with a rejected File, batch or entry involving dollar amounts. It is important to include After-Business-Hours contact information on the ACH Origination New Batch Header Request Form or PNC may not be able to reach your contacts until the next Banking Day. Rejected Prenotes that are not repaired in the course of the processing day will appear on your ACH NOC/Prenote report. Rejected dollar Entries that are not repaired in the course of the processing day will appear as Return Entry on your ACH Return report. FILE SETTLEMENT PNC s ACH processing system automatically creates settlement Entries to your PNC account for the aggregate amount of your originated transactions. The system will create settlement by a unique ACH batch header so if you use more than one ACH batch header in your File, you will have multiple settlement Entries. For each unique batch header (company name and company ID combination), we will post a settlement debit for the total dollar amount of ACH Credit Entries originated in the batch. If there are ACH Debit Entries in the batch, an ACH credit settlement will be posted to your PNC account. BALANCED FILES PNC discourages the use of a balanced File whereby the ACH debits dollars equal the ACH credit dollar on the File. This increases the complexity of account reconcilement and also requires ACH processing Limits to be established for both Debit Entries and Credit Entries. BATCH EFFECTIVE ENTRY DATE You may originate same day ACH Entries against accounts maintained at PNC by using the current date in the ACH batch header as the Effective Entry Date. However, it is important when originating entries to non-pnc accounts to use an Effective Entry Date in the ACH batch header that is at least one Banking Day in the future. Stale-dated Batch Notice: Originated batches transmitted to PNC which are received and processed with an Effective Entry Date of the current date or a previous date are referred to as stale-dated batches. When staledated batches contain both Entries destined to PNC accounts (On-Us Entries) and Entries destined to accounts outside of PNC (off-us Entries), the processing will result in split settlement. The On- Us Entries destined to PNC account holders will result in a batch settlement Entry to your account that will post current day. The off-us originated Entries will result in settlement on the next Banking Day. The splitting of the batch across two settlement days makes it more difficult to reconcile your ACH batch totals to what has posted to your PNC settlement account. CHANGE or DELETE REQUESTS PNC will use reasonable efforts to process changes or deletions of Entries, batches or Files; however, PNC shall not be liable for any failure to process a change or delete request. The request must be received in sufficient amount of time to act on that request and must be received before the File is released into the ACH network. To expedite the maintenance request, please be prepared to provide the following information: Account Name Account Number Dollar Amount Effective Entry Date File Totals Changes to dollar amount, ABA or account number cannot be made to detail Entries over $9,999.99; however, PNC will use reasonable efforts to delete an ACH Entry over $9, Maintenance requests are accepted by PNC via phone call or fax. If your ACH Entries have already been released into the ACH network, you may be able to request a Reversal (Refer to the section titled REVERSAL: REQUESTS ). 4

DIRECT DEPOSIT ORIGINATION AND PROCESSING PNC recommends that direct deposit Files be sent to PNC two days prior to the Effective Entry Date. The Effective Entry Date is the date that you put on your batch header. The Effective Entry Date should be a valid Banking Day and should be the date that you intend employees, pensioners or other individuals to have ACH Entries post to their accounts. Direct deposit Entries sent to PNC two Banking Days prior to the Effective Entry Date are released into the ACH network on that same processing day as received provided that the File passes edits for totals, formatting and Limits. Direct deposit batches sent to PNC more than two Banking Days prior to Effective Entry Date are warehoused in the PNC ACH system and will be released into the ACH network two Banking Days prior to Effective Entry Date. Sending or releasing the direct deposit Files with a two day lead time allows RDFIs sufficient time to post the credit to the Receivers accounts on the morning of the Effective Entry Date. This means that your Receivers will see the Entries at the ATM or via on-line banking at the opening of business on pay date. If you need to originate ACH Credits to consumers (individuals) just one day prior to the pay or Effective Entry Date, it is recommended that you transmit the File by 10 a.m. ET one Banking Day prior to the Effective Entry Date so that the RDFIs are able to memo- post the credits to the Receivers accounts by their opening of business. With one Banking Day lead time for ACH Credits, while Entries will hard post on the Effective Entry Date, the RDFI may not have the capability to memo post for next day, opening of business, if the direct deposit is not processed in the morning window. However, to ensure proper processing for credits to consumers, PNC recommends sending the direct deposit Files two Banking Days prior to the Effective Entry Date, and transmit one Banking Day ACH Credits only when the two Banking Day lead time is not attainable. PREMIUM WINDOW (optional for Direct Deposit) The Premium Window option is a system indicator set at the ACH batch header level. If implemented for your ACH batch header, the indicator causes the ACH processing system to hold your ACH Entries in our system temporarily so they are not released in an early ACH window. Holding your Entries for an interim time period allows you a window to request maintenance (changes and deletions) before your Entries are released into the ACH network. ACH Operations will use reasonable efforts to process maintenance requests up until 4 p.m. ET; however, PNC shall not be liable for any failure to process a maintenance request. If you miss sending the File with at least a 2 Banking Day lead time and you need to transmit a 1 day file (for example, on a Thursday for a Friday payroll), the PEP desk in ACH Operations will need to be alerted in order to attempt to change the premium indicator so that the File goes out as soon as possible (instead of holding it to a later window on Thursday). Direct Deposit with Premium Window: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Sat/Sun Batches received on Tuesday with Friday as Effective Date. Corrections and/or deletions up until 4:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday. Batches received on Wednesday with Friday as Effective Date. Corrections and/or deletions up until 4:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday. Batches received on Thursday with Friday as Effective Date. The PEP desk in ACH Operations needs to be alerted as soon as possible so the 1 day credits are not held until 4:00 p.m. Pay Day REVERSAL REQUESTS If you need to correct or reverse an erroneous or duplicate Entry, batch or File that has already been released into the ACH network, you must send or request a reversal. A Reversal is a separate transaction, for the full amount of the original transaction, and it is the opposite type of the original transaction. For example, if the original transaction released was an ACH Credit Entry, the request for a reversal of the original transaction would result in the creation of a new transaction - an ACH Debit Reversal. 5

An Originator has up to five Banking Days from the original settlement date to request or originate entries to reverse a File, batch or Entry. Reversals are not mandatory by the RDFI and may be returned for any number of reasons, including insufficient funds or closed accounts. The NACHA Rules require you to notify the Receiver of the reason for the reversing transaction no later than the Settlement Date of that reversing transaction. If you discover an error, and it is more than five Banking Days after the original transaction settled, PNC can request a recall of the transaction on your behalf. A PNC ACH Product Client Service Representative will contact the RDFI and request that it return the transaction as R06, ODFI (originating depository financial institution) request for return. The RDFI is not required to comply with this type of request. If the RDFI refuses to honor the recall request, then you will need to resolve the issue directly with your Receiver. Manual reversal and recall requests will be accepted only from an ACH authorized representative listed as a Maintenance Contact on your the ACH Origination New Batch Header Request Form. For a Manual Reversal request, provide the details of the original entry: Receiver s Name Receiver s Account Number Dollar Amount Original Effective Entry Date State whether the original Entry was a debit or a credit to the Receiver For a Recall request, provide a written request on your letterhead, including: The same detailed information requested for Reversals (see above) The RDFI s transit routing number. Manual Reversal Initiation: Call and select Option 1 then Option 2. Reversal Questions or Recall Initiation: Call and select Option 1 and then select Option 3. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE MESSAGES A Notification of Change (NOC) is an informational, zero-dollar ACH transaction that is sent to the Originator by the RDFI. The NOC indicates that the original transaction has been posted to the Receiver s account; however, a change is needed to the information on the transaction, helping to ensure that future transactions are properly posted to the Receiver s account. NOCs can be received for both live dollar and Prenote Entries. It is the responsibility of ACH Originators to review NOCs and make all necessary corrections prior to initiating another Entry to the Receiver s account. All changes should be made within six Banking Days of receipt of the NOC. Failure to make the change as requested in the NOC prior to originating another Entry could result in a posting delay, the Entry being returned, or possibly a NACHA Rules violation. NOCs, returned Prenotes, and returned zero-dollar transactions with addenda are reported in the NOC section of the ACH Special Returns Reports. RETURN ENTRIES Return Entries may be charged back to your account by the RDFI for a variety of reasons: for example, NSF (insufficient funds), account closed, invalid account or authorization revoked by customer. The dollar totals of all returned transactions are tabulated for the day, and one Entry posts to your PNC account. Your Return Entry Reports should be reviewed and reconciled daily. Return Entries and NOC information can be delivered to your company via PINACLE (Web or Fax), an ACH formatted File, or mailed hardcopy report. Any questions regarding Returns should be directed to ACH Customer Service by calling and selecting Option 1, Option 3. YOUR AUTHORIZED CONTACTS The PNC ACH Department relies on the information you provide on the ACH Origination New Batch Header Request Form to quickly identify the appropriate individual(s) at your organization. You can submit additions, changes or deletions to this information at any time by contacting your PNC Treasury Management Officer or Sales Associate. Individuals can be designated as contacts in multiple categories: General: Individual(s) authorized to respond to general inquiries. Technical: Individual(s) or area responsible for file transmission problems during normal business hours. Control Total: Individual(s) that can validate control totals. Return Entry: Individual(s) authorized to receive information regarding Returns and NOCs. Off-hours: Individual(s) or pager numbers for after-hours contact for file transmission problems. 6

Maintenance: Individual(s) authorized to request File, batch or item maintenance. Authorized Signers: Individual(s) authorized to sign ACH document as specified by the ACH Origination New Batch Header Request Form. Customer Service: Indicates who can be contacted regarding general customer service questions for your company. This contact person, and/or telephone number, may be the general customer service number your company provides to your customers or employees. RETENTION OF DEBIT AUTHORIZATIONS ACH debit origination occasionally results in requests from a Receiver of the ACH Debit Entry for an explanation or further description of the Entry. If your organization originates ACH debits, PNC requires that you provide a Customer Service telephone number for responding to Receiver inquiries. All ACH originations require authorization from the Receiver. Originators need to retain authorizations as required by the NACHA. For example, for consumer recurring PPD debits, the authorization must be retained for a period of two years from the last settlement date, or from the date of revocation of the authorization. Upon written request by PNC, you must provide a copy of the authorization within 10 days. This copy may be for PNC s use or for the use of a RDFI requesting information related to the entry. If PNC receives a request from a RDFI requesting a copy of an authorization, PNC ACH Product Client Services will contact one of the authorized company contacts from your ACH Origination New Batch Header Request Form. RETURN/NOC REPORT OPTIONS PNC offers the following reporting options. Please contact your Treasury Management Officer or Sales Associate if you require access to these reports, or if you would like to change your report delivery channel. PINACLE RETURNS AND NOCS Regardless of your input method, PINACLE s ACH Module provides you with a user-friendly method for tracking your ACH Return and NOC transactions. In addition, displayed report data can be exported in a.csv or comma-delimited format. You can elect to receive current day Returns and NOC reporting, prior day posted Returns and NOC reporting, or both. Current and prior day reporting is available by 7:00 a.m. ET with the service level commitment time of 8:00 a.m. ET. In addition to the 7 a.m. update, current day PINACLE information reporting is updated at 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. ET. If you are set up for and using current day Returns reporting, your PINACLE administrators can set up your PINACLE operator(s) for the Event Notification option. This allows the operator to be alerted of an intra-day incoming ACH Returns during the day. ACH Data Transmission: PNC can provide you with a data transmission of returned transactions, returned Prenotes and NOCs in the standard NACHA format. Data transmission is employed for ACH origination clients with a minimum of over 100 Returns per month. Transmitted data can be uploaded into your internal applications for integration and report generation. PINACLE Fax: Reports are faxed to your designated contact. You may elect to receive previous day and/or current day information. Hardcopy: If you do not select PINACLE or a transmission method as notification, as a default, PNC will mail to you a hardcopy report. The mailed report contains ACH Return Entries posting to your account, NOCs and returned Prenotes. ACH FILE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OPTIONS PNC offers these options for acknowledging receipt of your ACH origination Files. Request the ACH File Acknowledgement Product Sheet for more information regarding: Notification of ACH File Receipt Establish up to 5 addresses that will receive the message that PNC has received a File, including the total number of Entries and dollars. This service is available for direct transmission and PINACLE Originators. ACH File Acknowledgement report on PINACLE Special Reports module or via PINACLE Fax This report allows you to monitor the status of your ACH origination File. The report acknowledges that the File has been received by PNC and displays a status code to indicate whether it has been accepted or remains pending. The report will also summarize the control totals of the File, including debit/credit amounts and item counts. ACH File Acknowledgement Transmission This transmission will echo back the 1 and 9 record from your origination File as a method to acknowledge receipt by PNC. 7

ADDITIONAL ACH ORIGINATION RELATED REPORTING PNC also offers the following enhanced ACH special reports via PINACLE or PINACLE Fax: ACH Settlement Projection Report: This report will provide you with information to aid in forecasting future-dated ACH settlement amounts. The hardcopy report reflects File processing up through the prior processing day. The credit settlement, debit settlement and net settlement will be provided for each settlement projection date listed on the report. ACH Maintenance Report: This report will recap the detail of Entries, batches and/or Files that have been reversed, changed or deleted. It can be used to audit and reconcile ACH settlement Entries appearing on your bank statement. Live dollar entries destined to PayCards will be edited by the PayCard program. If the PayCard pseudo account number on the Entry is not valid, or the PayCard account is not open, the Entry will reject. If this happens, the Entry will be displayed on your ACH returns report. This report should be viewed every Banking Day. You may originate ACH debit Reversal Entries to PayCard accounts. No other ACH Debit Entry types can post to the PayCard accounts. ACH debit Reversals must have REVERSAL as the batch header Entry description. If you believe you will have the need to originate ACH debit Reversals at some time, please contact your Treasury Management Officer to request a processing limit for this activity. PAYCARD ENTRIES If you have contracted with PNC for the PayCard service, you may use any of our ACH origination channels to load the cards with funds. You may create and place the PayCard Entries within the same batch and File as your other payroll (Direct Deposit) Credit Entries. All PayCard Entries use TR number as the receiving transit routing number. The pseudo account number obtained from the PayCard system is used to populate the account number field. This number always begins with 188 and is 17 digits long. When building your batch header, the Effective Entry Date keyed or populated in the batch header should be the valid Banking Day funds are intended to be available to cardholders. The deadline for transmitting PayCard Entries in your ACH batch is 10 am ET (PINACLE ) or 1:00 pm ET (Direct transmission), one Banking Day prior to pay date. Transmit on: Friday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday For Pay Date of: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday If you originate a Prenote Credit Entry to a PNC PayCard account number, and the pseudo account number is invalid, you will not receive a Return Entry on your ACH Special Reports. 8
