In Ovation The University of Nebraska at Omaha s new Mammel Hall College of Business Administration, located at the Pacific Campus, provides a signature aesthetic for the campus. Designed by Holland Basham Architects and Gensler and Associates, the new $27.6 million facility not only serves as a gateway to the campus, but provides state-of-the-art instructional facilities within 120,000 square feet of space. Engineering Excellence An atrium rises nearly five stories high and dominates the main entrance. A stock ticker board is visible to the investment science lab and to those who enter the building. There is even a virtual stock market trading room and laboratories devoted to computers, statistics, real estate and business innovation. A "firstrate" 24- to 30-person corporate-style boardroom is available to the Business College, other University groups and outsiders. Formawall PE (Patent Pending) To further reinforce the University s forward thinking, and commitment to not only its students but also the environment, Mammel Hall is the University's first LEED Gold certified building on campus.

This extraordinary performance combined with integrated wall components such as windows, louvers and sunshades and the system s ability to provide designers virtually unlimited possibilities in form, color and texture, make it today s preferred wall system. CENTRIA s newly innovated pressure equalized Vertical Seal Plate features an integral pressure equalized vented drainage channel for the wall system. The continuous air seal is not compromised by the seal plate venting and the plate transfers load to vertical support. This design creates two lines of defense against water intrusion.
