From the inside of your home, both top and lower sashes tilt-in for easy cleaning. No more climbing a dangerous ladder and removing old storm windows just to be able to clean them. SAFETY Our windows come with two heavy duty steel locks and two night safety vent latches. Both sashes can only be tilted in from the inside with the four secure tilt latches. 6 Window Options and Styles DOUBLE HUNG WINDOWS Our Double Hung Vinyl Windows are attractive in their design and construction with a variety of styles, features and options to work within your budget parameters. These windows are durable and will last a lifetime. This is the most popular style. Modern versions have a tilt-in sash for easy cleaning. In double-hung units, both sashes slide vertically. Only the bottom sash slides upward in a single-hung window. Ventilation area can vary from a small crack to an opening of one-half the total glass area. Screens can be placed on the exterior or interior of the window unit. BAY & BOW WINDOWS These are customized windows that can enhance your lifestyle by bringing nature into your home in a unique and enjoyable way. This window features an over-the-edge design to help keep your windows clean. Add dimension to your home with our Bay Windows. The primary feature in this style is three or more windows joined together, usually at 30 to 45 degree angles. The center section is typically stationary, with either Casement or Double Hung Windows on the two side panels. The center section can be operational if desired. The three dimensional effect creates a unique appearance. SLIDING WINDOWS This window provides a picturesque view of the surrounding area and is easy to operate. It is mounted on brass wheels that allow the slider to smoothly glide across its track. This window provides a wonderful view and opens easily to enjoy the fresh air. Sliding Windows look best in contemporary homes, and work well opening onto a deck or exterior stairway. Both sashes slide horizontally in a double-sliding window.
