1 February 1, 2010 Information Resource Center Publications Catalog The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) provides free materials about leukemia, Hodgkin and non- Hodgkin lymphoma, myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes and myeloproliferative disorders to patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals. All materials are reviewed by medical experts. Listings and Index Detailed and easy-to-read materials are arranged by disease, treatment and support topics. An alphabetical index at the end of the catalog lists English- and Spanish-language publications. The catalog is updated semi-monthly. Free Shipping Maximum Order Quantities Materials are shipped free of charge in the United States, its territories and Canada, and in limited quantities to other countries. Healthcare providers may order up to a maximum of 50 copies monthly for redistribution of most booklets and a single copy of each DVD, video or fact sheet. Fact sheets may be duplicated as needed.
