October 16, 2015 Spring 2016 enrollment begins for continuing students. January 18, 2016 Last day for 100% refund for dropped courses. Martin Luther King Holiday (no classes). January 19, 2016 es begin. $150 late enrollment fee begins. 90% refund begins for dropped courses. January 26, 2016 First day 50% refund for dropped courses. February 2, 2016 If enrolled during Fall 2015 and did not meet Fall 2015 graduation deadlines but do complete all degree requirements for graduation including posting of all grades and electronic filing of the thesis or dissertation (if thesis or dissertation required for the degree) by February 2, will not be required to enroll for Spring 2016 but still considered a Spring graduate. Unless this criterion is met, must enroll for the Spring 2016 semester as students are required to be enrolled the semester they graduate. February 8, 2016 Last day to cancel enrollment/to withdraw or drop with a W (course will not appear on academic transcript). February 9, 2016 Second drop period begins (classes dropped within this period will have a W on the transcript.) February 15, th day of classes. Last day to add or swap a class. Last day for 50% refund on dropped courses. February 16, % refund begins. March 1, 2016 Last day to submit Spring Application for Degree (AFD) to assure inclusion in the Commencement Program.
