If the parties do not reach an agreement, according to the contract previously agreed by them, it becomes necessary to formalize a complaint before the Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAM) of the Chamber of Commerce, To achieve the goal, they entrusted me to lead a team in conjunction with a law firm for the presentation of the claim, and perform the follow-up of the process.
