AJ has spent his working life in and around Real Estate. Starting as a Real Estate developer, he bought and sold over 300 homes. Aaron then spent the next 3 years focused on investor development for residential properties, as well as single family home construction. She s been in the accounting field for over twenty years, most of that time spent with property management and construction companies. Needless to say, Cathy knows this industry and loves it! Cathy moved to the Valley with her husband in 2011 and enjoys spending time at their home in New River. 11 The Purchase We buy homes in the Northeastern Ohio area at approximately 50% of market value. We do extensive research on every property prior to the purchase. We research the value of the property, the size of the remodel, information on the surrounding area and our investor s ability to make an amazing return on a minimum investment. The Remodel We remodel every home with one goal to create a cash flow opportunity for our investors. We are able to do this by keeping our remodel costs well below market value. We also do this by remodeling the home to limit ongoing maintenance that accrues. We have developed several techniques to maximize your investment thru our years of experience. The remodel process usually takes 4-12 weeks, depending on the scope of the work to be done.
