The revised Exhibits reflect changes to primary receipt points and the shipper name pursuant to assignment of this contract which was filed and accepted in Docket No. RP IMPLEMENTATION Pursuant to Section 154.7(a)(9) of the Commission=s Regulations, Trunkline requests that the revised tariff records submitted herewith become effective February 1, Trunkline reserves the right to move these tariff records into effect in the event any change to the proposed tariff records may be ordered by the Commission. Trunkline respectfully requests the Commission grant waiver of Section of the Commission s Regulations and any other waivers of its Regulations that it deems necessary to allow the proposed tariff records in this filing to become effective on February 1, 2014, the effective date of the modified agreement.
