This fact should be clear to anyone reading my list of publications. I have organised conferences, set up and managed a private non-profit research institute, managed research projects, all of which demand planning, selecting and leading people, prioritising tasks and keeping the goal in sight. In 2010 I was bestowed the Religious Freedom Award by the Portuguese Commission for Religious Freedom (a GO) for the paper I co-authored on discrimination in the perspective of religious minorities' spiritual leaders.
