9 Dates! Applications open through July 15, Must apply to CSUMB (via Mentor on line) AND to the Nursing Program (hard copy) Classes start late August 2015 ALL classes are 4pm-8pm, most hybrid (live classroom plus some on-line)

10 Nursing Program Application Complete in hard copy Must be submitted by certified mail postmarked by July 15, 2015 (or hand delivered to Building 58) Complete all areas of application and SIGN Essay Requirements: THREE questions to address; 2-3 pages MAXIMUM

11 CSU Admission Apply to MENTOR by July 15, 2015 (csumentor.edu) MUST complete the golden four with a minimum 2.0 GPA. Golden 4: Oral and Written English communication, Critical Thinking and Quantitative Reasoning (Math STATS!) Up to 70 units transfer in (upper division admission; 50 units required at CSUMB for BSN

12 Where to Start?! Gather transcripts from ADN and all other coursework You MUST possess an unrestricted RN license to continue in BSN Golden 4 GE Areas A-E, including US History / Constitution requirements. Apply to BOTH CSUMB Mentor and the Nursing Program. Nursing Program apps are hard copy

13 International Students Will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis If you have a student visa, you CANNOT work (for pay) while in school If you have a work visa, you are eligible to take classes

14 Cost Fees $350 per unit. 50 units needed from CSUMB ($17,500) plus books and misc. expenses Tuition Reimbursement? Financial Aid via CSUMB if full time
