Diana Stoppiello from discussed the program revision and Susan Blanchard also discussed the program revisions. Paula Machlin observed meeting. A. Call to order B. Roll call C. Approval of agenda: as written D. Approval of minutes from the November 2nd, meeting: as written E. Old Business F. New Business: a. College of Health Professions i. B.S. program revision: Becky Ali from CHP gave an overview of the program changes and explained that additional faculty will not be needed due to a shift in teaching schedules and courses not being offered every year. She also said that new library resources are not needed as all of the courses have been taught before. A number of the submitted courses needed to have the minimum grade requirement for prerequisites added on the forms. OCI will work with Becky Ali to make the changes to the forms. Program revision and courses approved pending the edits to the prereq minimum grade. ii. B.S., Accelerated Second Degree Pathway program revision: Program revision is removing the Colloquium course from its program, approvals will still need to be given by the University Colloquium Advisory Committee, the Deans Council, and the Provost before this is finalized. The program and course revisions are approved by the UUCT pending the other approvals are received and the course edits to the prereq. minimum grades are completed. b. College of Business i. Computer Science program revision: Susan Blanchard explained revision regarding changing name of program to Software. Program revision and course adds/changes approved. 3. Civil program revision: Diana Stoppiello explained revision. Program revision and course add/changes approved. 4. Environmental program revision: Diana Stoppiello explained revision. Program revision and course adds/changes approved. 5. Computer Science new minor proposal: Susan Blanchard answered committee questions. Minor proposal approved. 6. stand alone course adds:. c. Discuss dates/times for spring UUCT meetings: The UUCT meeting day/time will remain the same for the spring semester, Tuesdays from 2:30-3:30.
