We typically study how people communicate at work and we focus upon making documents that are clear, concise, accurate, thorough, and easy for the audience to use. Admission Requirements: Admission to the major is granted by the Department. ENG 101: Composition must be completed before admission to the major. Advising: You are expected to meet with your advisor on a regular basis to ensure courses are taken in an order that will lead to successful completion of the degree. English Department policy does not permit double counting of courses for any English major or minor.
