12 BDO Rewards Redemption Mechanics Catalog Validity: October 15, 24 December 31, 24 Redemption Period: October 15, 24 to March 1, 25 Items and Courier cost must be redeemed using pure points only. (1 BDO Rewards Points = 1 Peso) Important: BDO Rewards members accounts should be activated in order to redeem. All orders will be delivered within four (4) to six (6) weeks from the date the redemption request is acknowledged and confirmed as valid by BDO. Redemption requests already received by BDO and items already delivered are considered final and may not be changed nor cancelled. All items will be delivered to the preferred delivery address or BDO Branch of Account as per Redemption request of the BDO Rewards member or if none has been indicated, to BDO Rewards member s last known billing address. Items for delivery shall be received by the BDO Rewards member personally or in his absence, by the following: For deliveries to residential address, by anyone living/staying in that address subject to presentation to the courier of his valid ID with photo. For deliveries to non-residential address, by a duly Authorized Representative provided the following are presented: - Authorization letter signed by the BDO Rewards member with the Authorized Representative s specimen signature 21 Deliveries made in accordance with the above shall be deemed valid and binding upon the BDO Rewards member. For pick-up of items from the catalog supplier (Avanza), please call () to coordinate. Items may be picked up between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM from Mondays to Fridays only and with prior coordination with Avanza. A duly Authorized Representative may pick up the item provided the following are presented: Authorization letter signed by the BDO Rewards member with the Authorized Representative s specimen signature Valid IDs with picture of BDO Rewards member and Authorized Representative (one valid ID each) Manufacturer s warranty (for applicable items) is effective and binding upon the manufacturer. Cost of installation, repair and/or maintenance service should be directed to the manufacturer in accordance with the warranty information and shall be for the account of the BDO Rewards member. BDO will not be obliged to replace any redeemed item that is lost, stolen, damaged or expired after delivery. A redemption order from the BDO Rewards member authorizes BDO to: - Give necessary information to its service provider required to fulfill the redemption process and delivery - Activate BDO Rewards card of member if not yet activated at the time redemption form has been submitted Customer Service Concerns: Items may be exchanged or replaced only if they arrive in defective or damaged condition. The request for a replacement of a damaged item must be reported within 48 hours from receipt by calling () Defective items reported within the 48-hour period are automatically replaced. Any notice beyond the said period, shall be covered by the manufacturer s warranty/terms and conditions. In cases where it is genuinely a manufacturer s defect, item may still be replaced even if reported beyond 48 hours but will be subject to supplier s confirmation and discretion. The 48-hour period is on top of the warranty period of the items. Only items in their original manufacturer s packaging shall be accepted for return. Pick-up of items for return will be directly coordinated with the BDO Rewards member by BDO s service provider. Actual pick-up is within 3-5 (Metro Manila) / 7-14 (Provincial) working days or longer from BDO Rewards member s report. Upon pick-up of returned item, BDO and its service provider will perform the necessary assessment and evaluation and will deliver replacement item (if deemed valid for replacement), or return item to member (if found to have no cause for replacement), within 15 working days from date of pick-up.
