1 Mr. Andreas (Andy) Wilfong is the Owner and President of Infinity Systems Engineering. Andy has extensive experience with business start-up operations and subsequent business sustainability. In the executive role, he has a proven track record in the development of successful companies and looks forward to utilizing this experience and knowledge in support of future Infinity successes. Prior to Infinity, Andy worked as a Systems Engineer on the Global Positioning Satellite system for the US Air Force. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. Infinity was awarded best Small Business in the state of Colorado in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2012, as well as being recognized as Entrepreneur Magazine s 25th best small business in the nation to work for. Infinity currently ranks 3742 on the Inc 5000 list.

2 Mr. Bradley (Brad) Michelson, Vice President of Programs, is responsible for program execution, contract oversight, and business development. Prior to his role as VP, Brad served as the Program Manager for Infinity s team on the GPS IIF program, which included complete replacement of the C2 system for GPS launch and payload operations. Within the past year, Brad has been responsible for two prime contract awards. Prior to joining Infinity, Brad spent eight years as a Systems Engineer in the Defense/Space industry and two years as a Project Manager providing risk assessment software and services to various insurance companies. Brad received two degrees from the University of Colorado (Masters of Engineering and MBA), along with a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwest Nazarene University. Brad is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certified at Level 1 for both Program Management and Systems Engineering.

3 Mr. Alan Patterson, Vice President of Operations, is responsible for daily business operations, cost and accounting functions, oversight of HR, Security, and the IT departments. In 2013, Alan was selected to become the Program Manager for Infinity s largest Prime contract - SLISS. Prior to his VPO role, Alan served as a full-time manager and Systems Engineer on the GPS satellite program, and was responsible for testing the software used to sustain the GPS ground system. Alan has 26 years of hands-on information technology and management experience with commercial and government clients, including project management, system architecture, and all phases of the software development lifecycle. Prior to joining Infinity Alan served 7 years in the United States Air Force and then worked as a Systems Engineer at MCI and AT&T. Alan received his Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado Christian University and his Master of Information Systems Management degree from the University of Phoenix.

4 Mr. Jeffrey (Jeff) Tuxworth, Vice President of Finance, is responsible for overseeing all company accounting practices, including preparing budgets, financial reports, and tax and audit functions. Jeff also confers with the president and the vice-presidents in planning and forecasting and directing the financial strategy of the company. Jeff successfully guided Infinity through 3 DCAA/DCMA audits between Jeff graduated from Colorado State University in 1991 with a B.S. in Accounting. After two years of one-on-one training with a former IRS agent, Jeff founded Tuxworth & Associates Inc in Tuxworth & Associates is a Colorado Springs based accounting and tax preparation firm that specializes in providing personalized hand on service to both small businesses and individuals. Jeff is enrolled to practice before the IRS and is licensed to practice in every state of the union.

5 Ms. Kathy Dolan, CPP, ISP, Vice President of Industrial Security, has been employed with Infinity since March of 2005, and is responsible for all aspects of the industrial security program for the facility. This includes the administration of the terms of multiple contracts and their provisions specifically related to the obligations to protect, control and account for classified material in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program. Her position responsibilities encompass all security disciplines such as Personnel Clearance, Visitor Control, Classified Material management and Program Security management. Ms. Dolan has 20+ years of experience in the field of Industrial Security and her expertise spans every level of Industrial Security, ranging from hands-on as a Facility Security Officer to management as a Security Manager. Ms. Dolan is a three-time recipient of the James S. Cogswell Award for Security Excellence, presented to her in 1996, 1999, and most recently in 2008, when it was awarded to Infinity Systems Engineering. Ms. Dolan currently served on the Board of Directors for NCMS, the Society of Industrial Security Professionals, performing those duties in 1997 through 2003, and again from 2005 to She has chaired many key NCMS Committees over the years and has also served on the Executive Committee as Treasurer and Secretary. Ms. Dolan was designated a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), from the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), in November of In June, 2004, she earned the Industrial Security Professional (ISP) certification from NCMS, the Society of Industrial Security Professionals. On October 31, 2012 she successfully completed and received a certificate as a DoD Security Specialist from the Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE). In 2012 Kathy received the NCMS Society Award in recognition of her valuable contribution to NCMS, the Society of Industrial Security Professionals.
