4 Die Walliser Chiropraktoren Les chiropraticiens valaisans Soirée Valaisanne Dear Colleagues, Join us for the Soirée Valaisanne and let s make memories together! The Regional Evening will take place in a restaurant in Sierre, le Château de Villa. It is well-known all around for its finest local terroir specialties, ranging from dry meats, to raclette and beautiful wines. We ll leave after the Academic Program by bus and head down the mountain to «Sierre l agréable», where we ll start with an educationally fun wine tasting for the apero, served with some «plats valaisans». We ll then move into the golden heart of the evening, a «tour des Alpages», cheese raclette made from raw milk from 5 pastures. An all you can eat meal that is certain to be very tasteful. Of course, the wine list by itself should be enough to make you sign up for this event. It offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the nearly exhaustive collection of Valais terroir wines. For people that can t eat dairy, not to worry, it is also possible to eat some non-dairy meals on special demand. Following the feeding of our bellies and souls we ll head back up around 11pm to rest for the second day of the CE-Course. Looking forward to seeing you in September.

5 Social Program The organizing committee has set up a social program to complement the academic agenda and offer delegates and accompanying persons the opportunity to socialize, meet new people, old friends and to get better acquainted with Crans-Montana. Continuing Education Convention September 2015, Crans-Montana Topic Integrated Health Care «Apéro Riche» Thursday, 10 th September 2015 after the Extraordinary General Assembly, Convention Center Le Régent. Soirée Valaisanne Friday, 11th September 2015 by bus to the Restaurant Château de Villa, Sierre, after the Academic Program. Dress is informal. ChiroSuisse Dinner Saturday, 12th September 2015 Evening for ChiroSuisse family and friends Apéro and Dinner at Restaurant Crans-Ambassador, Route du Petit Signal 3. Dress is semi-formal.
