1 APHL Webinar/Teleconference Instructions for Live and Archive program TEST THE COMPUTER YOU WILL BE USING TO VIEW THE WEBINAR As soon as possible, please test your browser and sound for compatibility by clicking on the link below. Be sure to take both parts of the browser test to ensure you have a current version of Adobe Flash installed on your computer and that the webinar streaming audio is not blocked by your firewall or proxy server. If the test is unsuccessful, please contact your IT department and alert them to what you want to view. There is a Trouble Shooting Guide on that you can share with them. BEFORE THE PROGRAM Handouts are available on the Webinar handout site (URL sent on confirmation/reminder s). 1. Download the handoutsto your desktop and save. Did you know the slides are actually bigger on the 6 slides per page handout vs. the 3 slides per page handout? 2. Print copies of the 3 or 6 handouts per page for the participants

Live Webinar Instructions Connecting to the program Your registration is for one computer connection to the live program. For large audiences, connect your computer to an LC projector. For additional connections contact the registrar at or call minutes before the event begins, direct your web browser to the connection URL and then enter the connection password. If the screen freezes or the audio stops, refresh your browser. Note that streaming audio (through your computer speakers) is the only means of listening to this event. If your PC does not support or poorly supports streaming audio, you will have to wait for the archived webinar. Fewer participants report problems accessing the archived audio. 2. Archive Program Instructions Site Registration The archived webinar is available to anyone at your site. Participantsl have unlimited access to the archive webinar. It is the responsibility of the site representative to distribute the archive webinar URL. C. AFTER THE PROGRAM Evaluation/Certificate of Attendance: Complete the program evaluation.
