8 Encountered Problems Public authorities and organizations involvement Lack of IT systems in public organizations Integration in the test phase of the Province of Foggia system and the Fire Department system (formally non payed partner in the project) Use of regional radio network Use of new sensors working on proprietary frequency spectrum (468MHz) for Civil protection in Puglia at the moment non assured by the technical project partner devoted to the related WP Interpretation and analysis of data provided by the civil protection Analysis of the data is assigned to specific software of civil protection, The results of this processing will be handled by C2SENSE. Up to now no possibility to compare existing analysis model with new approach
9 Risk factors Design of the implementation of the Pilot Application Scenario not very detailed because of local authorities involved systems are still under implementation (Province of Foggia tender/contract) Better configuration plan of local authorities systems involved in the simulation phase for C2SENSE vs Proprietary tools communication. On site simulation of some components (i.e. Regola s tools) proposed in the pilot app that will have to be developed and integrated with C2SENSE and real systems C2SENSE-Proprietary system interface development more cooperation among project partners who are implementing interfaces Use of the mobile station (autocaravan, camper vehicle) proposed by the Province of Foggia
