Svces Contract # V797P- 4645a Modification No Overtime Rate: Holiday Pay Rate: Workweek: On Call: Call Back: 1.3 x the base rate in excess of 40 hours per week in accordance with all state & local labor laws. In the state of California: 1.8 times the base rate in excess of 12 hours per day. 1.3 x the base rate for the actual government holiday worked. Sunday through Saturday $6.50 per hour rate for the time on call. The provider must carry a cell phone or beeper & provide phone consultation if needed. The individual must remain within 30 minutes from the facility or within a 30-mile radius of the facility. 1.3 times the base rate for all hours worked on call back (minimum of 1 h our).
