For California and Colorado clients overtime is defined as hours worked in excess of 8 per day. Double time is billed at 1.8 x the hourly base rate for hours worked in excess of 12 hours per day. On-Call/Call Back: $6.00 per hour while the Non-physician specialist is on call status. Specialist must remain within a 30 minute radius of the facility. When a non-physician is called back to work to the facility the hourly rate will be charged once the individual arrives at the facility and begins work. Holidays (only holidays recognized by the government): 1.3 x the regular for hours worked on Federal holidays commencing 12:01AM to 11:59PM. Not applicable for Physicians.
