However, as per 29 CFR 1904.39, the College must report to the OSHA Area Office, either orally by telephone or in person, any workplace incident that results in a fatality or the hospitalization of three or more employees within eight hours of occurrence, providing the information required by 29 CFR 1904.39(b)(2).
