The PaySquare OnlineDashboard The PaySquare Online Dashboard is a graphical user interface for managing your payment transactions. The platform is your powerful tool to control and analyse your payments, set specific risk settings and it provides you with access to the technical integration (i.e. developer s) documentation. Hereunder some of the most important buttons in the Online Dashboard are briefly explained. For a more detailed description, the Online Dashboard Manual can be consulted. Start page OnlineDashboard This is the start page of your Online Dashboard. Here you find overviews of payments, chargebacks, risk checks performed etc. You can configure this page just the way you like it by dragging the blocks to another place on the screen. The dashboard contains a variety of useful graphical elements. Next to the PaySquare logo, you will see the main menu with buttons for Transactions, Analysis and Blacklist. No matter in which menu you are, your dashboard is always one click away, on the screen s upper right. Next to this button, you can set your own preferences (button My Preferences ). Underneath these buttons you can adjust the widgets that are displayed on your dashboard. Widgets provide you with possibility to show (only) the business information you consider crucial. To open or close them, click on their title bars. In the remainder of this chapter, the main buttons of your Online Dashboard will be described in more detail. 4 4 4

Within the details section of a transaction also manual actions like reversals, refunds or cancellations of subscriptions can be triggered. 5 5 5
Analysis Within the Analysis section key performance indicators (KPI) like transaction volume, count, chargeback quote or other merchant specific values can be controlled. Observation periods are several days, weeks or months. 6 6 6
Blacklist With this function, you can manually add/keep track of persons to your blacklist of nonallowed consumers. These persons will then automatically be blocked from ordering your products by account, BIN, IP and/or email address. The Technical Integration One of the most important steps is to connect your webshop to our online payments platform. This is done via a technical integration procedure. The level of difficulty for performing this integration depends on the integration method. Basically, two different methods can be distinguished: 1. Integration via the wellknown ecommerce platforms like Magento and Gambio. If your current webshop is running through one of these wellknown ecommerce platforms supported by our solution, the technical integration for you is relatively easy. In fact, the real integration has already been done by us, you only have to configure PaySquare Online in your webshop environment. More information on these integrations can be found via your ecommerce platform provider. 2. 3. COPYandPAY: here your webshop is connected directly to our online payments platform via standardised APIs. The unique aspect of this solution is that your payment page is integrated into your existing webshop environment. This means that no new browsers are opened, keeping the percentage of customers leaving the buying process as low as possible. The integration via COPYandPAY is more difficult as it involved technical programming of your webshop. We advise you to therefore to contact your webshop development/ maintenance company and/or person.. The relevant documentation for COPYandPAY integration can be reached via your PaySquare Online Dashboard environment by clicking on the documentation button, on the screen s upper right. Subsequently, click on transaction processing.
