1 PRICING MODEL Pricing for the Identity Management Managed Service Monitor Element is calculated based upon the number of managed systems components as per the table below: Component Price/component/year Connector 520 Protected Application Federated Application 520 520 Pricing is exclusive of expenses. Pricing is exclusive of VAT. Hosting fees (where applicable) and identity management software licensing remain the responsibility of the customer for the duration of the contract. Maximum contract duration under G-Cloud regulations is two years. Monitor element must be purchased in conjunction with the Maintain element, separately listed on the G- Cloud Framework. 1.1 Definitions Managed system components are defined as below: Component Connector Protected Application Federated Application Definition A connector is a link between a source r target application and the IDM system which enables provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts. Examples of terminology used by vendors to describe this include Management Agent (Microsoft FIM) and Driver (NetIQ Identity Manager). A protected application is one which has been configured to be behind an Access Management product such as Microsoft UAG, NetIQ Access Manager or PingAccess. The user authenticates to the Access Management service which then handles seamless authentication and authorisation to the protected application. A Federated Application is one, typically SaaS or externally hosted, which is configured to delegate authentication to an external authentication source, typically a directory service such as Active Directory. The configuration makes use of a federation service such as ADFS, Shibboleth or PingFederate. 1.2 Onboarding Fees ProofID does not charge onboarding fees for the managed service. ProofID Limited 4
1.3 Discounts Discounts to the annual fees are available as described below. 1.3.1 Volume Discount Volume discounts are available as per the table below: Number of Managed System Components Annual fees discount 6-10 2% 11-15 4% 16+ 6% 1.3.2 Marketing Support Discount A 5% per annum discount applies subject to the customer agreeing to the following terms ProofID is permitted to release a Press Release upon receipt of Purchase Order describing the Managed Service and to include contract value The customer to collaborate with ProofID on a Case Study following three months of live operation of the Managed Service. ProofID may publish the Case Study as desired. ProofID allowed to use the customer name and logo on promotional material for the Managed Service and on ProofID s website. The customer to act as a reference site for ProofID s prospective Managed Service customers. 1.4 Payment Terms Managed service fees are invoiced bi-annually in advance. If it is advantageous for the customer to be invoiced in advance for a longer period (e.g. annually in advance) then ProofID can accommodate this. ProofID Limited 5
