International speakers Mr Tang is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales (ICAEW), and a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). He served as a member of the ICPAS Council from 2000-2006 and was the Chairman of its IT Services Committee.
